Had to cancel my last few orders because they hadnt started over an hour aftwr the order and the app twlls me to come pick it up. Waste of time and gas never spend money here again

It's Little Caesars. The food is consistent, fine, and has decent value. The service is the issue. A store full of young adults and teenagers need a strong manager present to teach them how to deal with the public and manage customer expectations professionally. 20+ minutes is far too long to wait for this product.

I stopped at this location on a Tuesday, after lunch. Not busy at all. Ordered Italian Cheese Bread, which was already made and in the warmer, which was great. No wait time. It was baked to perfection, for my liking. Was very happy with that. I had ordered two(2) marinera sauces because I do like lots of dipping sauce.
Well, when I opened the containers, they were not even filled to half. Very disappointing! Hate to give a bad rating. Will definitely go back again. Probably, will just check out the sauce before I leave next time.

All I got was a cheese. She said $8 and some change, didn’t give me a receipt of my change. Pretty sure she’s also drugged out because a lobby full of people at 12:30 and we’re all waiting to even place an order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Poor service on delivery. Did not knock on door or phone call/text regarding arrival. Left pizza in pouring rain in soggy box despite tip. Stay away from this pizza shop.

Everything is fine but the work area looks neglected, they need to keep it cleaner

The order was missing the 4 garlic dipping sauces I paid for. I placed the order but my husband picked it up. He had no idea what was ordered. Disappointed when he came home with our partial order.

The last half dozen times I've been there, I have called ahead and still had to wait up to 45 minutes after the promised time. May 9th I made an order online at 3:17 pm, to be picked up at 5:45. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes after, while I was waiting, I viewed a worker touching his hair and nose several times while handling the food. I did ask the employee to wash his hands prior to handling my order. This is a review that I have no pleasure to make, because previously I've had nothing but great service from this location.
