Little Caesars Pizza

I’m not making this comment just because of one day of waiting — it’s been several times that I’ve come specifically to this Little Caesars location, and the wait is terrible. I’ve been waiting for an hour — literally an hour.

I went to get pizza tonight and I ordered 4meal deals and they only changed me for the pizza and not for the meal so they changed me for the rest when it wasn't my fault and they wouldn't work with me

The atmosphere was terrible people were yelling and swearing. When I went in there, there were several people who had been waiting over an hour for one or two pizzas. There were more than enough employees to get the job done. I didn’t wait nearly as long, but I did get my pizza before someone else who was waiting.

I ordered a pepperoni Detroit deep dish. I rarely eat here, I still prefer the old little Caesars before they redid their recipes, their old sauce was so good. Anyway, sadly this pizza is severely lacking sauce. Basically it's cheese bread with hints of sauce here and there. I couldn't find a single piece worth eating fully. I should have ordered extra in hindsight, but this is definitely the least sauce on any pizza in Bismarck and it really holds this back from being a good pizza. The chewiness was good, but the bottom was unevenly cooked. Outsides were brown but the center wasn't browned at all, just barely cooked enough. My recommendation is to ask for extra sauce if you get the Detroit style, or maybe stick to a regular pie

It's Little Caesars. The food is consistent, fine, and has decent value. The service is the issue. A store full of young adults and teenagers need a strong manager present to teach them how to deal with the public and manage customer expectations professionally. 20+ minutes is far too long to wait for this product.

I stopped at this location on a Tuesday, after lunch. Not busy at all. Ordered Italian Cheese Bread, which was already made and in the warmer, which was great. No wait time. It was baked to perfection, for my liking. Was very happy with that. I had ordered two(2) marinera sauces because I do like lots of dipping sauce.
Well, when I opened the containers, they were not even filled to half. Very disappointing! Hate to give a bad rating. Will definitely go back again. Probably, will just check out the sauce before I leave next time.

All I got was a cheese. She said $8 and some change, didn’t give me a receipt of my change. Pretty sure she’s also drugged out because a lobby full of people at 12:30 and we’re all waiting to even place an order. Absolutely ridiculous.
