If I could give a zero that is what I would rate my families experience with Longhorn Steakhouse Restaurant. We have ate at this restaurant here in Bismarck, ND many times over the years but it has gone down hill recently and tonight was no exception. I ordered the sirloin steak with sweet potato side and my steak looked and tasted like road kill. I couldn't eat it. The sweet potato was the only item worth eating on my plate. My husband ordered the chopped steak with a sweet potato and his chopped steak looked and smelled like something you'd find in the toilet! Inedible and disgusting! My Gawd! The only item he could stomache was his sweet potato also. My daughter ordered the steakhouse mac n cheese with a side of broccoli. The mac n cheese tasted awful, like plastic and the noodles were hard, like they were old and reheated them in the microwave. I tried it because I didn't think a restaurant could mess up mac n cheese but YOU DID! UH! It was also Inedible. So all she ate was her broccoli side. With tip this meal was over $60 and not worth it in my opinion and we will not be back to this restaurant ever again. What a shame that one of our favorite restaurants has come to this.

Went there Monday afternoon. Service was terrible. No appetizer plates, had to eat bread off table. Ordered drinks, my beer didn’t come. Waited awhile and finally asked about it. Finally got it. Ordered our food, I ordered ribs because they were good the last time I had them. The steak I had the last time we were there wasn’t that good so I got ribs this time. Food arrived, ribs were dry, edible but not great. I had broccoli with the ribs, I asked for extra butter and the waiter said “what do you need butter for” I wanted to say it is none of your business but kept quiet. Ordered another beer, it never showed up. I won’t be going back. It’s a shame, I really liked the Lone Steer, it pretty much was the only place we went to eat. I told my wife it’s time to change. Eating out is too expensive to not have good service. The restaurant has really gone down hill food wise.

Ordered online checked in was told would be a few minutes watched them set the food on the rack waited 20 minutes until I asked if my pick up was ready proceeded to wait 10 more minutes well they grabbed the food that had been there for 30 minutes bagged it and handed it to me will not be returning

I usually NEVER am one to complain about food I order or anything but the way I was treated making me feel like I’m an idiot made me absolutely not ever want to come back to this place I have ordered 6 oz flos filet mignon everytime I go there and my daughter ordered it tonight too and our steaks didn’t even resemble looking like the same and mine has always looked like hers but I was told they were the same steak I’m going to post online to see who agrees but I will absolutely not be going back there manager was not professional at all and like I said I am absolutely the last person to cause confrontation but that was absolutely horrible!

We recently ordered 3 meals of chopped steak and one grilled shrimp dinner. The salad and bread were good. The chopped steak was so salty we couldn't eat it. The shrimp was room temperature, the sweet potato was undercooked and the broccoli was overcooked. They did substitute grilled shrimp for the chopped steak. We have eaten many times at the Longhorn and have had good meals. We were very disappointed in our dinners.

I ordered steak and shrimp. This shrimp had so much salt. They weren't edible. The steak was cooked hard enough to where it as a shoe baked potato was 3/4 of the way cooked
