Food was out quick and met expectations. Service on the other hand left much to be desired and thankfully, minus a missing appetizer and drink, we didn’t need her as she wasn’t to be found- but we survived without the appetizer and it was removed from the bill when asked.

I had never heard of Mayas before, but my wife had and wanted to try it. Very friendly service; clean; and the food was wonderful! I will definitely be going back to try more items on their menu, and you should, too.

Waiter disappeared multiple times, lacked customer service skills. Never got chips and salsa, had to ask when they finally returned to take our order. Food was bland, taco shell was stale and was hard to chew. Salsa and chips were probably the best. This was our second time here, 1st visit wasn’t any better. Most likely won’t return.

I’m from Houston, Tx and I’ve been in Bismarck for 3 years. Searching for the Mexican cuisine like home has been difficult. After trying at least five other Mexican restaurants here locally. I must say, Maya’s reminds me of home.
