Mayas Mexican is one of ND’s Best Mexican restaurants in all of Bismarck. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food this is it. Carnitas are to die for!Generous portions for all their meals.Margaritas will make you relax and enjoy your experience all the more. They are very generous with their alcohol in their drinks!Every employee is professional and good at their job attending to your requests.I’ve been to Mexico many times and had many great meals, Mayas is an extremely similar experience, perfecto!

Carne asada was amazing and so soft that you could cut it with the fork. Service was incredible and fast. Very good customer service and drinks! Will definitely be back.

What a delicious meal and a pleasant place, everything was delivered on time and hot, which we liked. We are really going to return.

Ok. Food is a little lackluster. A bit pricey but not terrible. Staff was nice. I heard the drinks are good but I don't drink alcohol.

This is a sit down taco John's. No Mexican flavor at all. Pretty disappointing.

The soup of the day was chicken based and full of fresh herbs. Tremendous! The carnitas street tacos were very good as well. We ate at 3:30 pm, so the dishes were served nearly instantaneously.

2nd time there. First time the food was great, but this second time was a different story. Enchiladas were bland, bland, bland.Like a cheap microwave meal.Chips and salsa were good as always, and the tall taps can't be beat. I do wish they had Dos Equis amber on tap though like they do at their south location.

Good food, great service! My friend and I shared each dish because the portions are huge. I'm a "Soup Aficionado" and we both ate some with leftovers to take home. The salsa is good, IMO. The Grande Burrito (chicken) was delicious served with a side of jalapeños was great as it made them optional.

Love the food here. Corn dip is amazing, unfortunately, they were out this time and it's my main convincing factor when I chose to come here. Other than that very authentic Mexican cuisine. I suggest a table over a booth as the booths are very low seating.
