7:45 pm June 25. Just left there. They don't take orders and force you to use the kiosk. I was turned away.

They don't understand how to take simple orders. When someone asks for something to be excluded, it's probably for a reason. If it had been for a food allergy, it could have been very different.
Dietary restrictions: Asked for no pickles and got pickles. Allergic to pickles/cucumbers.

Make sure to thoroughly check your order before you leave. Can not count how often the majorly screw up. Today ordered a 2 cheese burger meal with no onion or pickle. Neither of my burgers had cheese, one of my burgers was folded in half and filled with onions. Huge waste of $11. I put the blame mostly on management for not following through with their employees

We came through drive through ordered a shamrock shake paid the correct amount for it, when we pull up they try to give us a 10 piece nugget meal and we told the nice woman we just ordered a shake and they went to give us a refund, we tried to inform them we paid the correct amount and when the guy returned he said “here give them their change and get them out of my line “ I found that incredibly rude and uncalled for when we never asked for a refund and tried to tell them.
Lazy employees that rarely want to do their job early in the morning. Have placed multiple online orders early in the AM when I get off work and they say they can only take cash because their system can’t pull up my order but when I ask them to cancel it they sure could find it and do it when I left the drive through. Please hire better workers this is very frustrating for people who just worked long shifts working a real job and just want to eat.

The manager ruined my day, had the craziest attitude for no reason

never even been here, but i placed an online order for my friend, not only did it not go through their system, i sent the receipt over online to have my friend show the "manager" Ashley that we bought it, but he was sent on his merry way, and i lost my money, yes it was a cheaper order, but it was the fact that I lost money, and my friends walking home in the cold hungry.

The “manager”, Ashley, was incredibly rude and distasteful. They would not honor their customers when they provided proof of an online order through a receipt that was for this location and were terribly disrespectful to mentioned customer. Absolutely awful and customer service was horrid, if at all present, would not recommend this place.

They are not adding the extras they make you pay for. Literally robbing people. Wverytime I order extra shots of coffee creamer they never add it.

My order was wrong. Again. I am allergic to eggs asked for no egg on a breakfast sandwich, no mayo sauce, and change bagel to muffin.
They did change the bread, the meat, no egg, and extra sauce. So sad ? went through the drive-through. Didn't realize it till we were miles away. Took a bite, sick for a week. Not taking chances with my life anymore.
