The other day we had to wait 25 min in spot 1 for our takeout food and nobody came to tell us what we were waiting for or why they were waiting so long, he eventually had to go in to get our food, no refund, nothing. Tonight we got daily double meals after i got off work and one had 2 patties and one didn't it only had one.

Last week, ordered a hot latte and an unsweetened ice tea. The handed me an iced latte and I said, no I asked for a hot. She told me I ordered an iced, I showed her my receipt which said hot. Then I get three blocks away and take a sip of my ice tea and it is frigging sweet. Today, I ordered one sausage & egg mcmuffin and on sausage mcmuffin. Get home and I have two sausage mcmuffins.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — The Best McDonald’s Meal of My Life I didn’t expect greatness—I just wanted something quick. But this McDonald’s delivered magic. From the moment I opened the bag, I could tell this wasn’t going to be an ordinary fast-food stop. The fries were perfection: golden, hot, and salted exactly right. Not a limp fry in sight—these were the kind you see in the commercials but never actually get. Until now. And the two snack wraps? Absolutely unbelievable. Warm tortilla, perfectly seasoned chicken, just the right amount of sauce—like they were assembled by someone who understood that snack wraps are a personality trait. Each bite tasted fresh, balanced, and way better than any fast-food wrap has a right to be. To top it off, everything was fast, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. It honestly felt like the universe aligned for this meal. I’ve eaten a lot of McDonald’s in my life, but this one? Unmatched. The best McDonald’s I’ve ever had—hands down.

I placed my McDonald’s order and went to the drive-through at 11:35 AM. I sat parked until 12:05 until my boyfriend went in. They did not have any of our food ready and had to make the entire order and when they did remake the order, they made one of the sandwiches incorrectly so we had to sit there and wait for our food even longer we did not get our food until 12:15 pm. And after that we noticed two more sandwichs wrong. I am very upset and dissatisfied with the service and the way things were handled. I also saw that two separate cars that were parked next to me also had to go inside and get the food themselves. And to top it off the food was old.

They forgot my hasbrown. Made me park and wait, only to forget my hasbrown. Hashbrowns are the only thing to keep me going most days. I might consider changing my review if the situation is rectified. Also called my significant other a liar but that is not near as big of issue in my day to day life as my missing hasbrown.

As ALWAYS McDonalds is subjective to the attitude and atmosphere with the crew members working the shift. . For the time I last visited McDonalds it was 0230 in the morning. My sandwich purchased was UNDER PAR for the norm for this McDonalds.

Drive thru. The most efficient one in the Bis-Man Area, both in my experience and in my opinion. And they don't nickel & dime you with ridiculous .10 cent surcharges here & there on every slight, making it a fun, enjoyable, no fuss zone. How refreshing! and TRUE.

Don't get the Special Edition Gold McCrispy. Might be the 2nd worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Not much flavor, bun is firm and dry. My wife felt pitty for me and gave me her other cheeseburger. Now I haven't eaten a cheeseburger here in a long time but I don't know what the hell this thing is besides a ketchup sandwich. Meat is flavorless, all the flavor comes from the ketchup and pickle. What a sad hamburger, why do so many eat here everyday? The staff were great at least

Considering today's fast- and fast-casual eating experiences in town, these days, tonight's experience with staff is par for the course: disappointing. If I have to repeat myself to explain why I'm talking to staff in the first place, I, as the customer, am obviously not the focus of the exchange, especially if the problem lies with earbuds in team members' ears while they're having in a different conversation with another teammate. Order was not accurate, and this was after watching vehicles that arrived after I placed my order leave in the 20 minutes it took to bring the order out prior to me reviewing it for accuracy. As far as product quality goes, fries could stand to be less saturated, soft, and soggy. Salt was nearly non-existent. Sandwiches were not accurate: single quarter pounder with two pieces of cheese sent out in-lieu-of double that only received one piece of cheese, and sandwich ordered with no cheese for a dairy-sensitive customer, sent out with cheese. About the only thing that was done right was the drink selection and size.
