Do not order the shamrock shake. I have had them before and they are normally delicious. This one was absolutely disgusting, they had 10× more flavor in than they should have and they refused to make it right

Dirty drink area, every single inch of the drink area was dirty and unsatisfactory my fries were old and cold and were spilled out of the container when I asked for new fries I was told ok by later staff complained about waiting on fries, the menu behind the cashier is no longer existent yet when I asked about I was given no explanation just an I don’t know answer. I was told I could order but I had to use the kiosk or know what I wanted. I went back to order a ) 20 piece chicken nuggets I was over charged by $3 and change afterwards they proceeded to try and give me 40 nuggets in two different bags this is literally the worst location in Bismarck nd at the beginning of 2025
First time I've had a problem. Service was rude today, lady asked if I had a mobile order, I said yes and told her my code. She didn't hear me apparently and laughed then snarkily said "so you do have a mobile order. First window".
I normally go to this location, just very convenient and they are usually on top of their game.
I’m leaving a four star because I think they’re having a bad day because they really messed me up. Had me wait an extra bit of time because of their confusion. Like they didn’t know my order anymore and one of the foods I’m ordering they kept getting confused chicken sandwich versus a McChicken . Lol But it’s a high rating because they made it right. They hooked it up with a bigger drink and more food so that’s pretty cool.
The food does seem a little overcooked . Not horrible though just enough where you’re like hey, it’s free food. I’m not gonna get sick. lol
