Thank you Cass for fast and friendly 5 star service! I ordered in the app for curbside because my van is too tall for drive through. Order was correct and she even added the mayo packs i called and asked for after forgetting to add them in the app on my order. Cone for my dog and the cookies were our favorite part. I used points to get the cone #Free ! $5 double with nuggets meal hit the spot work an unsweetened tea. Thank you for having curbside available at this time of night. It's almost 11.. service was great!

An employee went on their break, sat out at one of thr tables, and was complaining about being sick, and how they haven't been able to get over it for a long time.. if you are sick, don't be handling other people's food. If you are sick, stay home and get better, don't go to work, esp dealing with food, and contaminate the food..

Seems like since this Joellen Lady Took over general manager position at the store the customer service has just gone down and overall quality for food has gotten worse. you can clearly tell that the employees don’t get time off / Are overworked. The cashier looked like a zombie same with the person who handed me my food, fake smile and all / No genuine customer interaction. it took a good 10 to 15 minutes to even get out of the drive-through because of how slow they were getting out orders. Used to come here all the time since we live very close and because the employees were always So respectful and kind and Would make us feel very welcomed / Conversations with me and my husband about our days etc. but nowadays, if you go in, it seems like the workers are Robots. Not even worth going in and sitting down because the level of community with customers IS NOT there anymore… :( not sure what she’s doing in the store / to the employees but clearly not a great choice / should’ve had more training before getting the position (The amount of great people I knew that worked here are ALL gone / quit / Fired) my favorite manager Jaylee also apparently got fired when one of the main reasons of us going to eat here was Jaylee She always made sure we had everything and was always coming back and checking on us. Definitely one of the most genuine people I’ve met at a restaurant/fast food establishment. it’s really disappointing to hear that Joellan went on a power trip and fired one of the BEST people that they had at that store and I know hundreds of people can agree That she Was the light holding that store together. (I’ve also heard from current employees that joellan is the reason majority of the crew I loved seeing quit and A handful of people were wrongfully fired) She’s ruined our favorite stop to eat , Definitely WILL go out of my way to go to a different store. Get this power, hungry lady out of my favorite store.

Gave it a one star overall because I just found out my favorite person I enjoy seeing was fired? Jaylee always made my visits feel like a family. She is friendly, talks with the customers and is a hard worker. I will go to a different one from now on because it’s oppressive now. The workers feel like zombies just doing their job with no interaction with customers.
