Wednesday night the two bartenders were great! They were so welcoming, quick with drinks and did a fabulous job of checking on patrons.
Thursday night was a different story, I walked in, a couple people playing pull tabs but no one behind the bar, I sat down started playing pull tabs for a bit and realized the man sitting at a table with his back to the patrons/bar must have been the bartender, he was eating and talking on the phone, so I sat and patiently waited, as everyone deserves a break. I waited for a little over 30 minutes and walked up to the bar, after a few minutes he ended his phone call and came up to the bar. For most of the evening he never walked around to check on the few people in there and didn’t greet people as they walked in, just sat at the first table, again with his back turned to everyone on his phone. I really felt like I was a burden to him. I was also disappointed to find out that there was no food service even though the website says there is. Even a bar pizza would have been nice, I just wanted a quiet evening after a long couple of work days.

Terrible and gross. Had a friend stay there who is the process of moving and this is the summary: They will find anyway to make money off you whether accuse you of damaging a damaged room or refusing to let you check out and be refunded due to the miserable conditions of the hotel. Btw - phones in the room DO NOT call out, and staff don’t know how to transfer an incoming call to your room “we don’t do that” Mold Leaking ceilings Will over book and take your stuff out of your room and kick you out. How is this place still open?
Reserved a room. Found a cheaper room closer to event. Forgot to cancel room at Bismarck Hotel. Charged $132.00 for room that we did not stay in. Management unsympathetically said they couldn’t do nothing about it.
My daughters room was broken into and the hotel DID NOTHING!!!!
Decent little bar and gaming area.
Unfriendly bartender, seemed like I was annoying him ordering a beer. Overpriced, but it is a hotel bar. Convenient, but expect little.
Checked out some friends.
Very professional. Very fast and kind staff. Definitely will be going again in the future!

Like the update.Personal were friendly.
My room was excellent. Very clean, well stocked. Remodeled so everything in like new condition. Comfortable bed. Excellent customer service from hotel staff. Great meals at the convention. I do recommend the front desk consider elevating their dress code standard. It was the only thing that I noticed about the place that was different than other hotels. They do a great job working with professional clients! Would highly recommend!
Was there for pizza.
Some of the bikes at the Freedom riders bike show.
ND DEPT OF CORRECTIONS & REHABILITATION IS HIRING!!IDK about the loung, we attended a Job Fair on the other side of the property- nice property, wish the program would have properly listed the jobs we are hiring for vs some we do not even have -- gotta love Excel spreadsheets where one edit can mess up the whole darn thing.
