I always have a great time when I stop in to eat. Great food ALWAYS. Staff is always really fun and personable . I try to get down here a couple times a month !
Perfect!!!
Came for a late lunch to be met with a waitstaff entirely lacking in customer service skills. When it came time to order our lunch, the employee without saying anything prior, rudely asked if we were going to order. We continue to order to be met short snappy responses. After asking to substitute a protein and not understanding that she was asking which broth i wanted, she screamed an explanation, and “THANK YOU” after I finished. I canceled my order and left. Manager on a call about the experience was not impressive to say the least. Stated the woman worked for the establishment for 8 years, and that if she did make a decision she probably had good reason to do so. Sounds to be a very common experience.
Save your money, and bring it to a different local business that will do the bare minimum.
This place has been around for almost eight years, and has been consistently one of my favorite Asian/Asian-inspired shops since it opened. The quality is always good and the offerings are solid across a narrow band of dishes, specifically fried noodle and soup noodle dishes.
Noodlezip is not a dedicated ramen spot, but if you want shoyu style and don't mind paying a little more Noodlezip is excellent; if they ever have their tonkotsu available it is superb. Also the best and only pho in town. If looking for fried noodles and not noodle soup, the japchae is killer.
Noodlezip also does chef-to-table events which, while pricey, are fun and delicious and a real treat for anyone in the area with the desire to appreciate culinary excellence.
how can it be authentic if it's not made by asian people????
This place is the absolute worst. Food is mediocre at best. Wait staff has the phones out the whole time snapping photos of guests. Utterly disgusting experience and we won't be back.
Food was okay but service was lacking. The server who helped us was really gruff and didn’t tell us they were out of certain foods when we first sat down, waiting until I tired to order to bark out “we are out of that”. Yelled at the chef about communicating better and just overall was wholly unprofessional. Ramen had too much sesame oil and the pork buns were not steamed long enough (kind of hard instead of soft and chewy). Not sure I would give the place a second chance.
Love this place and the chef/owner is amazing! He is also a sommelier! I had the vegan pho which you can absolutely tell it is house-made and with a lotta love, so I don’t mi d paying the price for a good pho like this unlike the other people complaining about the price. I tried the steamed buns and a glass noodle dish that were both super delicious. If you’re looking for a place with dope vegan asian food, THIS IS IT! Def a 5 star for me but since this place is not fully vegan, the app won’t allow me to give it 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am in town for 3 days and needed a good gluten-free dinner. This place ROCKS! I had the Korean glass noodles with beef! Shout out to the Chef AND the woman who waited on me. The food was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend!
Friendly small restaurant in the downtown area. Pork Dumplings were really good, fried crispy, good size, great filling, and the dipping sauce was delicious. Pho was also really good, broth was delicious though it was lacking what I call fat pearls, which to me is a good sign for the broth. Beef was good and they give you a good amount. Only recommendation would be to put the Basil, lime, etc on the side, everything was in the bowl.

I called ahead to place an order for pick up. The food was ready and on time for when they said. It smelled and looked great inside. Very clean bathroom.
Peking pork dumplings were phenomenal - get two sauces rather than just one.
Korean glass noodles was a big dish with lots of flavor.

Delicious with the fresh herbs. Fresh mint, fresh basil. Delicious Padthai too. Thank you

Found two long, food covered hairs in my chicken pad thai, my spring rolls were burnt to a crisp, and my food was slimy with little to no flavor. I haven't eaten here in forever and decided to check it out to see if it was still good, it was not. In short terms, I'm heavily disappointed, and most likely never coming back.
