I will remove my 1 star review when you stop asking me to tip when your employees on you pin pad when they did NOTHING.

It's SELF SERVE fro-yo people. The only thing they do is hand you a spoon and clean up.

Don't get me wrong, I will tip above 20% if you do a real service. Waiters and Waitresses deserve my tip after an hour of serving my family.

This is NOT the employee's fault. It's on management to either take it off or pay their employees better.

my visit was amazing, The staff was so kind and helpful. Everything was clean. toppings were all full. This blonde girl helped me with all my questions on my smoothie.

I was disappointed with the staff at this location. They were only out from the back room if a customer came in the front door. The tables needed to be wiped off. The staff was on their phones behind the register as customers were filling their cups.

Really loved this location until a worker flipped off another worker in front of my kids and another customer. So unprofessional and inappropriate.

Love this place. We stop in every now and then as a treat and I just think the banana and pineapple flavors (and obviously the bobas) are the best! They’ve updated their furniture recently; it looks nice in there! They keep the tables and restroom pretty clean, too… no super sticky surfaces!

Paid $8 for a dirty smoothie. I usually don’t get smoothies from here but I wanted to try one. Server “Neysa” who made my smoothie , rang up a customer who gave her cash. Then proceeded to make my smoothie without washing her hands and TOUCHED the inside of the banana that she put in my smoothie!

We like the place but the prices are a bit steep for what you get so we only come when we have BOGO coupons. The tables and chairs are sometimes sticky so we usually takeout. It looks like they're short-staffed can't expect too much. Parking here can be difficult during peak hours.

My review is about the location in Bismarck. On the evening of 5/11/23 our family of 7 stopped for ice cream. The management of this place allowed one young lady all alone in this place to take care of everything. She was doing the best she could but there is no way one person could do all that was required to fulfill the requests of the 20 some customers that were there. She was doing her best but you could see she was just overwhelmedSHAME on management that would allow this to happen. That place should be shut down for abusing a human being. If a pet were abused like that would be a public out cry. If you can not get help and there should have been 3 people there. If you don't have coverage: close the place.

Store needs to have tables & chairs cleaned regularly. Also counter with toppings should be wiped up constantly. It would be nice to sit at a clean table.
