Really loved this location until a worker flipped off another worker in front of my kids and another customer. So unprofessional and inappropriate.

Love this place. We stop in every now and then as a treat and I just think the banana and pineapple flavors (and obviously the bobas) are the best! They’ve updated their furniture recently; it looks nice in there! They keep the tables and restroom pretty clean, too… no super sticky surfaces!

Paid $8 for a dirty smoothie. I usually don’t get smoothies from here but I wanted to try one. Server “Neysa” who made my smoothie , rang up a customer who gave her cash. Then proceeded to make my smoothie without washing her hands and TOUCHED the inside of the banana that she put in my smoothie!

We like the place but the prices are a bit steep for what you get so we only come when we have BOGO coupons. The tables and chairs are sometimes sticky so we usually takeout. It looks like they're short-staffed can't expect too much. Parking here can be difficult during peak hours.

My review is about the location in Bismarck. On the evening of 5/11/23 our family of 7 stopped for ice cream. The management of this place allowed one young lady all alone in this place to take care of everything. She was doing the best she could but there is no way one person could do all that was required to fulfill the requests of the 20 some customers that were there. She was doing her best but you could see she was just overwhelmedSHAME on management that would allow this to happen. That place should be shut down for abusing a human being. If a pet were abused like that would be a public out cry. If you can not get help and there should have been 3 people there. If you don't have coverage: close the place.

Store needs to have tables & chairs cleaned regularly. Also counter with toppings should be wiped up constantly. It would be nice to sit at a clean table.

Great place and great flavors

This Orange Leaf is clean and the toppings are typically really tidy and filled but the five stars are especially for the staff. Every time I've been in, someone greets us, chats a bit while weighing our yogurt, and thanks us for coming when we leave. They do a great job of finding and training staff.

My daughter dropped her ice-cream before paying because she triped I asked if she could grab another and they made me pay for the one that feel that she didn't even eat plus the one I had to remake. My husband asked why he was charged more than expected and the guy working said" I had to charge you for the one that fell". If I would've known would've just gave her mine or not even purchased anything else

Awesome place!! Great service, great froyo, and always clean!

The young ladies working were very nice, and remained calm when a guy came in and freaked out. But despite all that, orange leaf is the best frozen yogurt and they always have the best flavors.
