I am absolutely furious. While ordering a bowl for my husband, I had to repeat myself for every single ingredient because the staff couldn’t stay focused — they seemed completely out of it and intoxicated. Then I take a bite of my burrito and find a sharp piece of plastic inside that actually cut my lip. It completely ruined my meal. I couldn’t even finish eating because I was so disgusted and angry. What if my kids had taken that bite? This could’ve been a serious medical emergency. This isn’t just bad service — it’s unsafe, unacceptable. You should be ashamed for letting food like this be served.

Great little place pretty cool they make there own tortillas and press them , thought that was interesting, food was actually good and you build it so made a steak burrito , ate only half because got full and took other with me for later.lol

I have always loved your food until today very disappointed came in at 3:30 today employee was not friendly at all and the black beans rock hard 😞😞😖😖, I did not eat until I was home or else I would have e brought right back 😖😖😖I live 30 miles away so please make sure employees are cooking food properly I have not been disappointed the many times I have come in but today very disappointed and I love your food, young lady who was working do better and be courteous to your customers and make sure food is correctly cooked or you will lose customers

The service was ok , the place seemed clean enough BUT the food was the usual run of the mill crap that costs way to much. I would not mind paying $26.00 + for lunch ( for two) if it was more than just kinda good.

At 1.20 today the gal at the till dug deep in her nose for an extended period. It wasn't a quick wipe it was a very deep dive for a long time. Management please review you video and tell your staff the picking their nose while serving customers in not acceptable.

My honest review is that this place is not that good. The food was not that good and not at all worth for the price compared to other Mexican fast food chains. There was one female employee that made our bowls and I have never seen someone be so stingy or unwelcoming. We waited for more than 10mins to start our order and She had a uninterested face and didn’t even greet or ask what we want( I would give negative rating for her) the food counter was not clean and for the price we pay Qdoba or chipotle is way better as it is does justice to the price we pay and are kind and welcoming. The serving size of the spoons is extremely small and The female employee that served us food she literally put like half a spoon of meat and same with other stuff. After traveling long distances and wanted to have some food and encountering this kind of service is very very bad and unsatisfactory. I will never go back to this place.

The tortillas were doughy and raw. The product sitting in the steam/hot table looked like it had been sitting in the pots since the previous days’ service, also there was barely any product in the pots to where they were scraping the bottom of the tub!! The equipment and overall general area was filthy dirty and when I went to get napkins, the dispenser was empty and had to point it out to the server, and ask if they had any napkins! The ONLY thing I can give a good rating on, is the level of the hot/spiciness of their “Flavacano” hot sauce! Last but not least, I paid over $20 for two(2) burritos!!Imo, I will not be going back for a second time!!?????✌?PS.If you have ever heard or seen the TV series “Nightmare Kitchens”… this was truly an episode of such a TV show!!
