Me and my girlfriend came in to eat we noticed it's quite busy however we were patient upon my girlfriend ordering her food she gets the new limted time item and a burrito then an employee inserts themselves into the line and takes the women's order behind her and rushes me through my order totally ignoring my girlfriend and proceeding to intentionally not incude the burrito

Food looks dry customer service lacks to say the least couldn’t really taste the food it was cold when I got it overall I won’t be back to this location

My first takeout experience here was a bit disappointing. I ordered extra chicken with no rice, but instead received a regular chicken and rice. It seems there was a mix-up with my order. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident and not due to negligence. I might give them another try by dining in next time.

I am absolutely furious. While ordering a bowl for my husband, I had to repeat myself for every single ingredient because the staff couldn’t stay focused — they seemed completely out of it and intoxicated. Then I take a bite of my burrito and find a sharp piece of plastic inside that actually cut my lip. It completely ruined my meal. I couldn’t even finish eating because I was so disgusted and angry. What if my kids had taken that bite? This could’ve been a serious medical emergency. This isn’t just bad service — it’s unsafe, unacceptable. You should be ashamed for letting food like this be served.

Great little place pretty cool they make there own tortillas and press them , thought that was interesting, food was actually good and you build it so made a steak burrito , ate only half because got full and took other with me for later.lol

I have always loved your food until today very disappointed came in at 3:30 today employee was not friendly at all and the black beans rock hard 😞😞😖😖, I did not eat until I was home or else I would have e brought right back 😖😖😖I live 30 miles away so please make sure employees are cooking food properly I have not been disappointed the many times I have come in but today very disappointed and I love your food, young lady who was working do better and be courteous to your customers and make sure food is correctly cooked or you will lose customers
