Pancheros Mexican Grill - Bismarck Kirkwood

Really like the flavor of the tofu but I was still hungry after I finished my bowl unfortunately. Chipotle’s burrito bowl is better in my opinion only because their portions are bigger. If in a time crunch and you’re looking for a quick lunch, stop by Panchero’s.

As I was putting my two taco plate together, when I sat down to eat, my said "taco" I've come to find that I had hardly any meat in the taco and several components from one taco have spilled over into the next and it's a struggle to even hold it as a taco. I am also 32 weeks pregnant, and have suffered from extreme HG, my entire pregnancy so I get nauseous at various moments in the day. I personally do not like throwing up in public anymore than the next person, but sometimes it's unavoidable. I was able to make it outside, but as my husband is sitting inside with our one and a half year-old, who is not having a great time, he not only sees, but can overhear the entire crew giggling, and one person even poked their head out of the pick up window to make sly comments amongst themselves. I'm very displeased with our experience and will not be returning anytime soon to this location.

The cook, red headed guy, possible manager was cooking chicken; placed the raw chicken bin on the line by the salsa where food is being made for customers. When he placed the raw chicken bucket under the salsa line his hair laid on line as well. The line was almost empty and extremely gross. The beans were cold and the meat was dry. Very disappointed.

Kaden was very friendly.

My server who goes by the name Kaden had an awesome attitude and acted like he wanted to be there. He was by far my favorite out of the many people that have made my food. (He also is the only one who knows how to wrap my burrito!!!)

This location is a joke. They don't care what you order. They don't care at all. You are not considered a customer here at all.

Dave did an incredible job catering my daughter’s graduation party. Clear communication, helpful suggestions and the setup was fantastic!

Place is in dire need of a deep clean. Bathrooms were filthy, my daughter said there was blood in the women’s room in and around the sink. My son said the men’s room wasn’t much better, that he didn’t want to touch anything.
Prep area was dirty as well.
I won’t be eating here again. There are better options in town that actually clean.

Chardonae was the only top tier employee and the only one that I saw that greeted us when we came in, smiled even tho her coworkers were being quite rude to her. When she asked for rice to be brought up the young man brought the rice he left a mess for her to clean… she was already helping a customer and had to ask somebody to help us. this young lady deserves a raise or promotion for maintaining a professional manner :))

Pancheros is another fast food chain like Qdoba or Chipotle. They're the only place that has tofu as an option though, instead of just beans or some very unappetizing looking Beyond alternative. The rest of their selection is more limited, at least through the app, since they only have one kind of rice, fewer addons, and you can't half & half the beans. But even with what's there, I think the taste is the best out of the fast food bunch. Just be careful of the medium salsa verde, as its a little spicier than you might expect.

Dietary restrictions: amazing food eat here almost every day never disappointed??, always come there around 430 to see the nice young workers??

Worker was very rude and acted like I was an annoyance. Threw my burrito together with attitude and very sloppy for absolutely no reason. I came in happy and was very polite. Left very disappointed. Not to mention when the other employee asked if he could grab more rice he sighed and said “uhh I guess..” very unprofessional.
