Not sure what happened here. Use to come all the time and get food for my family. They gave me half the amount of food they use to give, crappy attitude and tried to charge me for double meat when all I got was stingy meat. Will NOT BE BACK! Unless I wanna get ripped off by some kid with a crappy attitude. If you're that hard up for the money you shouldn't be in business.

I came in today and had just about the best bowl of my life from some fine shyt named Tyson he just about needs a raise or something like he put his left toe in that bowl #forevergrateful

Not impressed by the food
I come in so often theyve remembered my order, staff always treat me right, and the food is always good
In my experiences this Pancheros is the best in town and many of their workers are great, but Kasen in my experience is my favorite employee.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but in this case I feel like it is deserved. My wife and I have been here several times and usually food and service is good, we enjoy eating here from time to time. My wife has celiac disease (gluten allergy) and I forgot to ask the young man helping us to change his gloves prior to handling her order as I had ordered tacos which has gluten. After he had already made our order I asked the manager if the guy helping had changed his gloves. When he asked the employee and he said no he promptly made us a new order with new gloves. The food was also very good this time around.
Shoutout to Kaysen and Brady. First timer here. They were friendly, warm and welcoming! Two sweet kids, knocked the service out quick and definitely hard working. Give em a raise Boss! Can't wait to return. 5 ⭐️s across the board yall.

This is definitely the best pancheros in Bismarck! The work atmosphere is amazing and the best customer service. The fastest I have ever got my burrito!

Terrible. First and last visit. The burrito was ice cold, wet, drippy, under-filled, and had 2slivers of veggies cause god for bid re-fill the bin. I laughed. It fell apart. All you can expect anywhere in town anymore.👎🏻
Do not order online. Horrible portions. Should feel ashamed.
