They have a young lady from Michigan in the front desk with the greatest attitude and providing amazing service. My family was really happy with the food and service and will come back for sure.

Food was great! Only thing was that the app stated it would have been done 20 minutes later than when I got the text saying it was done. Luckily I was close by to get it. If I had left when the app told me to, the food would have been cold/soggy. Be ware of the app!

They open at 930am but there is no food that is ready. Nothing is at the counter. No acknowledgment that they are running behind or anything? I think it means they start cooking at 930…. Manager approached us 7 minutes after opening, said they were running behind and he apologized. Then he offered free fountain drinks while we waited. He’s a good manager trying to come back from a tough opening! Way to go! People make mistakes, and this manager is trying:)

Waited 21 minutes for 8 people in line. Then at 12:15 I look over and one of the employees is eating lunch instead of working this slow line. Great time to take your his lunch break! The only thing that topped off a long wait was my food was cold! Not going back.

I don't eat chicken or beef. Honey walnut shrimp is very good. It is $1.50 extra. Wish they would offer 1 entree with two sides.
