I feel like we had our shit together better when I worked at Panera in Fargo. I've had something wrong and missing on 3 out of 4 of my orders since moving here in the last few months. Customer service via email support is a great help with issues on things ordered through the app. Dine in is usually a better experience.

There's a gentleman who takes orders in the drive thru and is just super short with people. He is pretty rude to the point that I get nervous to even go through the drive thru because I think he might be the guy I get. Usually people at the drive thru are really nice so I'm always disappointed when I hear it's him.

Haven't been to a Panera's for about 15 years. Not much has changed. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was nearly tasteless. I had to put ketchup and mustard on it to get any real flavor. The coffee was okay and the service was fine, but the atmosphere was lacking. There's just a lackluster feeling about the place, in my opinion.
