The cashier that took our order had a large bandage/gauze wrap that covered her one finger. It looked dirty. I was going to order a scone out of the fresh baked case, but decided not to as she was the one that would have gotten for me. Why aren't they wearing gloves? Gross ?

15 minute wait just for a soup bread bowl.. wish i couldve drove off but there was someone infront of me& behind me. Look in there like 15 people in the kitchen so i have no idea why the drive through was forgotten. Nothing special especially for the price.

Where I work, Panera is one of the only places that will deliver without huge delivery fees. I do appreciate this. But, the portions have gotten out of control. I order the same thing every time - a 1/2 sandwich and salad. My sandwich gets smaller and smaller every time I order it. It’s now closer to a 1/4 sandwich. This sandwich was over $8… fork for comparison. At this point, I think I’ll just spend a little extra to DoorDash from somewhere else.

Went to get some of my favorite broccoli cheddar and a classic chicken noodle soup. When I received said order both of my soups had hair in them… and then when I said something and received new soup THERE WAS STILL HAIR IN THE SECOND SOUPS. Thank you for trying though I do appreciate it though A for the effort.

Only reason gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Was they did not have lighter blend coffee. Even though she said she would refill it soon. Went back for a refill of coffee n still none 25 minutes later.

This place had been a good location to eat. Friendly service, nice atmosphere even with overpriced food. However, getting a footlong Buffalo chicken sandwich with approximately a quarter pound of meat on the entire sandwich is ridiculous. Ordered for 2 kids and my spouse and for $75 it shouldn't have been like that.
