We always have great service at the Perkins in Expressway when we come to Bismarck to visit . The waitress named Shay is always the most kindest and coolest. We love her services

From the moment we walked in the door the customer service was excellent. From the person who seated us to our waitress who was amazing. Definitely recommend eating here.

Without a doubt this IS THE BEST Perkins in Bismarck.
We went to dinner around 6:00ish pm. Yeah, yeah, yeah .... Perkins for Dinner? If you aren't going, you're missing out!
My husband ordered Chicken Fried Steak, grill Asparagus and buttered corn. Fresh gravy, the steak tender, seasoned to perfection. The asparagus was perfectly tender crisp. The corn actually tasted fresh; not "tinny" like canned or freezer burned like happens so often. Very well seasoned. We ordered off the 55+ menu and STILL needed boxes for leftovers!
I order the Grilled pork chops off the 55+ menu. This mean comes with TWO pork chop!! ON THE SENIOR MENU! You can have the pork chops seasoned with cajon or garlic butter. OH MY STARS & GARTERS! Absolutely the best pork chop I've ever had!!!😱😱. So juicy, cooked to perfection, not dry at all. I could actually cut it with a fork!!I wanted eat it all but just got too full. I ordered the asparagus also; my husband's wasn't a fluke. Mine was cooked perfect. I had the mashed potatoes...REAL mashed potatoes with chunks! I was my offered my choice of gravy but just got butter. So delicious. I took home my second pork chop and about 1/3 of the 1st one.
The manager, Jesus, actually came out, stopped at each table just to see how everything was!!(
BONUS!! It was free pie Monday so each brought home a slice to have later ..... LAAAATER, LATER!!

We had an excellent breakfast in a clean, well-lit, and comfortable atmosphere. Our server Joe, was impeccably professional. He was friendly, prompt, and thoughtful to our needs (my mother was preparing for surgery later that day and had dietary restrictions).

Joseph V was our server and if you want an absolute great experience you should ask for his section. He is wonderful and a huge benefit to Perkins as his customer service is second to none.
