Without a doubt this IS THE BEST Perkins in Bismarck.
We went to dinner around 6:00ish pm. Yeah, yeah, yeah .... Perkins for Dinner? If you aren't going, you're missing out!
My husband ordered Chicken Fried Steak, grill Asparagus and buttered corn. Fresh gravy, the steak tender, seasoned to perfection. The asparagus was perfectly tender crisp. The corn actually tasted fresh; not "tinny" like canned or freezer burned like happens so often. Very well seasoned. We ordered off the 55+ menu and STILL needed boxes for leftovers!
I order the Grilled pork chops off the 55+ menu. This mean comes with TWO pork chop!! ON THE SENIOR MENU! You can have the pork chops seasoned with cajon or garlic butter. OH MY STARS & GARTERS! Absolutely the best pork chop I've ever had!!!😱😱. So juicy, cooked to perfection, not dry at all. I could actually cut it with a fork!!I wanted eat it all but just got too full. I ordered the asparagus also; my husband's wasn't a fluke. Mine was cooked perfect. I had the mashed potatoes...REAL mashed potatoes with chunks! I was my offered my choice of gravy but just got butter. So delicious. I took home my second pork chop and about 1/3 of the 1st one.
The manager, Jesus, actually came out, stopped at each table just to see how everything was!!(
BONUS!! It was free pie Monday so each brought home a slice to have later ..... LAAAATER, LATER!!

We had an excellent breakfast in a clean, well-lit, and comfortable atmosphere. Our server Joe, was impeccably professional. He was friendly, prompt, and thoughtful to our needs (my mother was preparing for surgery later that day and had dietary restrictions).

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jasmine during my Sunday brunch visit here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. From the moment we were seated, Jasmine exuded a great, welcoming energy that immediately made us feel at home. Her professionalism was shown in every aspect of her service, from the efficient way she took our drink orders to the thoughtfully delicious suggestions she made when we were deciding on our meals.

Throughout the meal, Jasmine was attentive, striking the perfect balance between being present when we needed her and allowing us to enjoy our meal in peace. Her timing was impeccable—each course arrived at just the right moment, and she checked in on us at the ideal intervals, ensuring we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed.

What truly stood out was Jasmine’s genuine enthusiasm and friendly demeanor. She took the time to chat with us in a way that made us feel valued as customers, and her positive attitude was contagious—it truly made the meal feel special. Not only was the service top-notch, but Jasmine made sure we were comfortable and that our experience was seamless, which is no small feat when managing different kinds of tasks that a server has.

The whole experience was made even better by how quickly and efficiently she handled our requests. We never had to wait long for anything, yet it never felt like we were being rushed. Jasmine was the epitome of professionalism, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the menu and a true passion for providing excellent service.

I can’t say enough about how much we appreciated her care and attentiveness today. Thanks to Jasmine, our Sunday brunch at Perkins was not just a meal, but an experience we’ll remember.
