My friends and I visit Perkins on interstate Ave in Bismarck on May 30 around 9 am. As we entered it looked inviting. There was 2 waitresses well put together and then out of no where a woman came to seat us and she looked like she just got out of bed. Her hair was all over on top of her head. She seemed scattered and we were talking amongst ourselves thinking we made a bad decision coming to this restaurant. Thank God our server was Maggie. I was judging the place off the woman that seated us and I was thinking the food was going to be as unprofessional as she looked. We ordered breakfast and it was amazing. The food was outstanding and it came out to us quickly. Upon checking out the woman that seated us was at the till and she obviously must not know what she’s doing. She had to ask for assistance on every transaction. Perkins… your food was good. The woman that seated us that day is your first impression of your restaurant. May I suggest one that doesn’t look like she just woke up.

Good food and nice staff

Food was delicious but our server sat and visited with another diner and didn’t come back to us. We wanted to order pie but got up instead to pay our bill which of course we didn’t have either. There are so many restaurants to choose from you need to do better than this. Thanks Olivia!

Came in to get some food and it was fast and quick and sit down right way and the server came right away and asked for me for my drink and really applied and knew what they were doing got my food and it was hot and good and I got the sampler and it was clean and Nate

They have edible food and competent staff.

The waiter didn't know the menu when we asked what are the sides he grabbed the menu to find what they were. He mixed up the drink order and waited forever for our food was not very impressive with our experience. Plus to add on the waiter stinks and his pants were falling down. Food wasn't cooked all the way was charged for pie we never got.

Lazy lazy! My boyfriend and myself had to wait to pay and was standing by the register and heard people in the back but they wouldn’t come up front to help us pay our check the waitress continuously ignored us as well as the other dark haired waitress who just came in acted like they didnt see or hear us calling them so we could pay and leave…

The food came out very hot and the service was great! My server, Ethan, was awesome he was so happy to be there. The manager was active and talking to tables everyone had a great time. We will be coming back!

Our server was rude. Did look like she wanted to even be there. I order a coffee and she said the coffee pots were out so I couldn't get a cup because she didn't want to refill it every 2 seconds. Also order lemonades from the kids menu and she brought out a adult size. I asked for a kids cup with top.. so my daughter doesn't accidentally spill all over. She rolled her eyes ignored me stormed off and went to another table. After asking us 3 times if we're ready to order when we just sat down. All sudden another server comes over and said she was sent out to serve us because she didn't want to serve us anymore. We were morr than nice .. we told the new server were just going to leave. The new server felt bad and pretty much new the old server was rude and apologized for her behavior. .. we went down to Krolls and was greet with smiles and server was amazing!! Do not go to Perkins it's not worth it!!!
