I would love to comment on this business' workmanship or customer service, however, they are a no show. I have made two trips to the mall to buy a phone case they have displayed. Both times, nobody is there. Today, it is 2:27 pm on a Friday afternoon. I have waited at this kiosk since 2pm, nobody shows up. I've called both of their business numbers they have on display, no answer. Horrible, how can people stay in business? I suggest you not even bother going there, they lack any respect for business hours or your time. I guess I'll order on Amazon, less money but Iwill have to wait a few days for my new case.

My iphone 6 fall down in water and i went to many places to fix it but all stores told me it would be hard to be fixed. So my friend told me about phone zone in kirkwood mall and i went over there, surprisingly the guy told me it's gonna take 2 hours to be fixed and indeed it's done in 2 hours and my phone is looking like a new phone and i was so happy.
I took my S7 (with a broken screen) to be fixed about two hours before they closed. My screen was replaced and phone fully functioning in less than an hour. Incredible service and super affordable compared to sending it away to another company!

I went to get my s7 screen fixed and now I can't use the back button and the guy said it's something with the motherboard but that side was not in any way damaged when I took it there and the screen and phone are not put back as solidly as it should be so I wasted 245 dollars and it's not as new line he said it would be
