Ordered 2 pan pizzas. Guy who took my order was clueless. He did get the order right to my surprise. Both pizzas had 2-3 inches of plain crust with no toppings on it. If I wanted a pizza without anything on it, I would have ordered it that way. Looked like they were in a serious cost cutting mode.

Terrible experience when I placed an online order first of all the delivery person did not even come to my door. He called and said he was waiting for me downstairs when I came downstairs. The order was missing to drink then he said he was going to come back for the drink and never did I call nobody answered, and then the store was closed. Then I called for a refund and offered to bring the cold pizza that I couldn’t eat because I wasn’t going to eat pizza with water and the manager. Chris said that he would only refund me the drink.

What a joke, ordered a pizza online at 11:15pm. Somehow the website selected it to be made the next day after I hit order now. Called around midnight to be told this information. Then they proceeded to put in the order at 12:55am, more than likely to avoid making the order. Finally got notified at 2am the order was canceled. Never getting anything here again, thanks for nothing, so glad I did not pay with card.

I feel bad now for not leaving a tip. I should have opened the box and inspected it to see how amazing it looked before I left. I was beyond pleased to see the time taken to make a pizza with love, care, and pride in the food, by real adults and not inexperienced and careless teenagers! Genuinely Best pizza experience I’ve had in a long time. This is the kind of pizza I crave and have nostalgia for remembering all the great times I had ordering and eating Pizza Hut with my family as a child. Worth every penny and tasted as delicious as it looked.

Just picked up our food! After being greeted by an employee saying we will be right with you, I noticed how clean the restaurant was. Food was done early and was delicious! Great job!
We ordered a large Tastemaker pizza for Super Bowl Sunday with Breadsticks and an order of fries for my brother. When we got the order, we paid $6 for the fries, but the fries felt like a three dollar order at Pizza Hut. In comparison, you get more fries at Burger King with a small order at $3.29.
The pizza itself was okay, but we had to order extra sauce so the pizza isn't that dry. The only mistake we made was that we forgot to order extra cheese. That is not the point as Pizza Hut skimps on the sauce and cheese if you don't request extra.
Tried 4 times to order pizza with extra sauce, 4 times that was interpreted as "no sauce" and they weren't complicated otherwise even. Large cheese, large pep, extra sauce on both. Pretty simple to execute in a place that isn't that busy, (probably due to the stingy sauce distribution) staff was rude as hell about it, up to the point I was told to not order from therm anymore. Didn't dawn upon him that this was technically my first order from them, they just messed it up and credited my account so many times I seemed like a regular. 4 goddamn times. 0/10 would not recommend

I am not easily impressed but this place definitely impressed me! The south Pizza Hut was clean with a very inviting atmosphere when I went to pick up my pizza. From the time I place the order till I left things were good until they became GREAT! Christa took my payment, delivered another couple of pizzas to another lady and helped a gentleman all within 5 mins. Then and this is the important part she went to help the gentleman making the pizza. First and foremost she washed her hands!! That's huge in my book. I truely appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant but to see staff wash their hand with soap and water I became this Pizza Hut fan!!! Thank you for the very good tasting pizza but to know it was made in a clean restaurant with good employee's made it a great tasting pizza!! Thank you!! Jacklyn Koester

Everyone was very friendly and the pizza was perfect, but since when are we required to sign a charge slip (with an obvious separate line for a tip), when the order was already paid for online? Normally I would pay online and then just go and pick up the order, but lately, I am being asked to fill out a slip, where I feel pressured to add a tip. They used to have a cup on the counter for that, which I would throw some dollars into sometimes. When I pick up my own order, I should not be pressured to add a tip, especially when I'm picking up the order for someone else.

The delivery driver who dropped off my order today was outstanding. I didn't get his name, but he was extremely polite and went above and beyond by seeing I was in the back yard with my daughter and dog and just immediately took the initiative to hand deliver my food to right to me instead of the front door.
