We went back here after we swore last time we would never go back! What a mistake! Food was old and cold! Only two OLD pizzas sitting out at 1:30! No chicken and when we asked when there would be chicken coming out not one of the workers had any idea! We had to ask 3 or 4 times and wait forever. When some chicken finally did come out, the mashed potatoes were completely gone and only a couple of us got any because they never replaced them the whole time we were there! And then my son that actually did get some found a hair in his potatoes!! Silverware was almost completely empty, most of the tables were dirty. Spent almost $60 for our family and left not full and feeling sick! Will not be back again! Period!

Place was great,the line moves fast ,lots of seating and parking ,arcade is cool for the kids,bathrooms were clean(needed to be a bit bigger), place has a lot of rooms so ask and mabey you could rent one for meetings n stuff ,.food was great ,the chicken was good .look up at the salad bar and you may find some dressing.the chicken and desert was great and most importantly the huge assortment of buffet pizza was superb and its a pizza buffet.

Came here 3:30pm yesterday, Monday December 11th, 2023. Was very disappointed in quality of food and food was not fresh at all. The chicken looked like it had been sitting there all day with no fresh stuff coming out. I paid $52.44 for my family of 6 and wasn't worth what I paid at all. Pizza was not cooked all the way and ended up giving 4 of us with food poisoning symptoms and couldn't get off the toilet all night. No desert pizzas out, floor had old pizzas dried up on it from people earlier that day under our table. Bathrooms were disguisting there was poop all over the seat in the mens bathroom. These last few times I've taken my family here they've let us down. I'm not ever taking my family back to this place again. Thanks for getting my family sick Pizza Ranch!

Worked here for 2 and a half years while I was going to BSC. I have a Gluten Allergy and they gave me a free gluten free pizza for every shift. Frank and Kyle were super nice to work for. Their potatoes are really good too!
