In and out in an hour and a half. Reservation was still a 20 minute wait upon arrival. They must have been short staff or training a few people tonight because there was quite a bit of yelling amongst staff and other customers. We found a short black hair in one of our dishes and was told the appetizer lobster dip was completely frozen and unable to be served. Who I'm assuming must be the manager in charge this shift was very kind and friendly, removed the appetizer from our bill and brought us a different appetizer free of charge. Kendra our server, the girl with the black hair in a bun up front, and the guy fixing table next to us order were all very kind. As always the food and friendly staff were worth it.

Very good professional service when they were at the busiest time of the day and short staffed
2 of us ordered the ultimate feast. The wait time was 40 mins, it was not busy at all, was 2:30 pm. Waiting 40 mins was really disturbing and not because of the wait but of the unprofessional workers in the kitchen and the waiters/waitresses including the host, they were soo loud and disrespectful not only to each other but also to the customers that were waiting patiently, it was like 3rd graders and no supervision! Calling names and flirting very loudly! Very embarrassing to say the least! The food was only ok my lobster tail and crab legs were not cooked all the way. Not flaky or firm but mush! It was discussing, the rest of the food was only ok but the unprofessionalism made the whole experience feel like a fast food restaurant, do better. Not sure I will be coming back unless some major changes are made,
Terrible management and do not honor reservations. Main focus is to go orders, 80 percent tables are open on a Saturday night, making patrons wait an hour. Horrible service, avoid this place
I don’t recommend takeout here, last couple times it takes about an hour and when you get it, you’re missing items and food is cold/dry!! And service is lack luster. Small portions, cold food, inaccurate orders, all for $30 a person, what a rip off

Parrot island coconut shrimp an no sauce.called order in with doordash.seems employees don't care if it's a to go order,biscuits were so dry hard an crumbly.rice was cold an hard. Entire meal was not good as it has been in the past.

Not too busy. Server said food would be right out. It was not. He messed up daughter’s order. When I asked him about it he blamed the computer. Did not offer any compensation. Did not offer re fills on drinks or biscuits. Took my CC to pay. After 10 minutes came back and said he lost my CC. We went to talk to manager. When manager finally showed up they ask if I’m sure I gave it to him. Server asked if I’m sure I gave it to him. Then server shows back up with my CC that he already swiped. And manager is like guess we don’t have a problem anymore. And I’m like you bet ! I’ll pay full price for this over priced food and bad service. Do not go here. It’s dirty . Bathrooms stalls are rusting . Glasses are filmy. Do better or just go out of business already. I understand servers can struggle but the manager was a A-hole. Offer me a coupon or some sort of comp. on my meal would have been pretty easy. Used to enjoy this place. Do not order the new lobster pasta dish. It is 🤮. My daughter got the salmon and Brussels sprouts. Did not come with the rice and that is what I questioned. This dish was actually good but disappointing service and messing up the order with no reason or attempt to fix it just ends it for me.

They have a serious problem in the kitchen.
The waiters are not bad at all, but they got it bad on making excuses for the kitchen and managers. I feel sorry for them. Red lobster needs to fix the problem and do serious damage control for me to go back.
Christopher was our server on 11/16/24 he was excellent, he knew the menu and knew what page and where everything was. My wife and I highly recommend Christopher as a server next time we're asking for Christopher to be our server.

Their tarter sauce has changed and it is absolutely awful. Rest of the food was great but they need to go back to what they use to have.

As always it was delicious. I got the lobster punch. My son got the admirals feast, my daughter got the shrimp linguini, and my husband and I got the build your own feasts. The lobster was great, the crab legs were delectable. The Brussel sprouts were out of this world. The shrimp linguini was creamy. The waitress was awesome and our drinks never went dry. Would 10/10 recommend

Severely understaffed. Waited an hour plus for our food and the restaurant was nearly empty. Completely unacceptable.
Everything went wrong. First, they were out of the wine I ordered. Then the kitchen somehow missed our order and our server didn't realize until we were waiting 30 minutes. Then we were informed one dish was not available. Picked something else out. Finally got our food, and the other dish was wrong! My broccoli was cold and my companion's rice was soggy. It took a total of 2 hours between being sat and finishing our meals and paying. The server did comp my drink as an apology, but that wasn't enough to make it right.
