Red Lobster

We did have a new waiter so we understood that. He was very nice and his trainer was too. We did not get the biscuits or salad. Our entrees were good. My French fries came late and had a spice on them. I did ask if they were plain and both waiters said yes. Are the biscuits discontinued? They are usually so generous with them. Wine was Good.

Made a reservation for 6:45 wasn't seated until 7:10. Kids had empty drinks for over an hour. Didn't get our starters for 1.5 hours. Food came out either wrong or cold. Was never asked for another drink or refills. Bill took an hour to come which was wrong. We were there for 3 hours. Made a reservation so our kids could swim at the hotel and they had 15 mins left by the time we got there. Overall absolutely terrible

Large portions served. Food was hot and tasty. Staff are friendly.

All you can't eat crab legs, 1 lb was more like 3/4 of a lb. The drink was good. But the price keeps me away

Waiter was nice, food was delayed, I wonder if the kitchen is as dirty and in need of a paint job as the restaurant itself, and the rest rooms were disgusting. They can’t even control the weeds in the parking lot! This is my first time providing a restaurant review and I’ll never return to Red Lobster in Bismarck, or quite possibly anywhere.

Ordered for curbside pickup. Got a text saying food would be ready by 830pm and to text “here.” when I arrived. Got there at 830 and texted “here.” Got back a text, “turn on your hazards, your food will be out soon. Nothing. Crickets until 9pm I decided to call in. Apparently my order had been ready and sitting there for 20 minutes and Nobody noticed. Got a nonchalant “sorry for the wait.” and that was it. Every thing was cold.

The handicapped bathroom didn’t lock. A faucet wouldn’t quit running. It took 40 minutes to get our food. The soup that she said they just finished making wasn’t even hot. The music was blaring.

Food took forever to come out. Crab was cold. No one came to say food would take long to come out. Manager could not even be bothered to talk to us. Did not comp a meal for the wait and cold food, only 20% off so dont expect anyone to do the right thing. We got 30 bucks off of a $160 bill. My 8 year old was too tired to eat by the time things came out and he was so excited to be here. Had to pay more for a babysitter than originally planned for thus. We waited 30 mins for a table and an hour for food. May the odds be ever in your favor

Had an awful experience at this place last evening. We got there at 7 pm, we were seated and served drinks, but the food wasn’t served until 8:50 pm. We waited almost two hours, no one explained anything until we asked what was going on. Claimed the kitchen was busy, but people came after us got their food already. We wanted to have a good time, my family were upset and decided to take food home. Even with all the apologies, we will not go back there again.

WOW! We ate at Red Lobster many times before but NO MORE! We just placed a curbside pickup order and had to wait an hour before we got our pick-up order. The person who took our order didn't even send it to the kitchen to be made until we got there. It was cold by the time we got it and ate it. I can not believe what we got for the amount we spent! We ordered a bowl of clam chowder and literally got an espresso size container of chowder! We ordered the stuffed mushrooms appetizer (for $11.00) that came in the same espresso size container that my clam chowder came in!? What? All we got was three teeny tiny stuffed mushrooms, that's it. The rest of our food did not taste good either. Our food (grilled shrimp and steak) had no flavor and it was dry or overcooked. Money better spent somewhere else. We will never eat here again.
