They never answer their phones, take over an hour most times to bring out pick up orders (less than 5 items), staff take breaks and dont let anyone know so they have coverage, and much more. My husband stood in line at the cafe for 20 minutes and was not helped so he left.

Pickup here is an absolute mess. On multiple time I have showed up after the scheduled time my groceries are ready to still wait in the parking lot for 30+ minutes. I’ve also gone in myself to retrieve the groceries. There is not system notifying you that they are running late, just simply not ready. I called and they cannot offer anything other than “sorry we are short staffed” I understand situations like this happen but for it to happen consistently is unacceptable
