Got the turkey bacon club to go. Was great and prepared well. Their turkey and bread is so good. Sad to see they are closing for good. Will be a big miss for us, was always a must stop place for our Bismarck visits.

I came here to buy a cinnamon roll and what a disappointment. It's cold from the fridge and hard, I tried to heat it up a little but I didn't get the result I wanted. obviously I won't be back

I was pretty surprised at the quality of the deal that I had. The soup was the perfect temperature. The sandwich was tasty. If you held my feet to the fire, and I had to choose something to complain about…The croutons were a little chewy, but that would be my only complaint.

The food is generally pretty good. The wait time can suck and the service through the drive-thru is lazy. The window is generally pretty nice but when ordering and asking about items the response is always the same “it’s on our menu”. Unfortunately I cannot read the menus details so when I ask I’m not being lazy, I genuinely Cannot read the small writing. They don’t seem to understand so whenever I’m in town and looking for Schlotzsky’s I just go with the most basic I can and not make a big deal of it. Service is disappointing but the food is pretty good. It is also quite pricy for the area and service.

Would be nice if I had some actual toppings in my Calzone. It's literally just all bread!
We got there shortly before close for drive through. I asked for a sourdough pizza and they said they were out of pizza, so I asked for a sandwich and she said they are out those too. I ask if she had anything at all. She says we close at 730. So no we have nothing for you.... they werent even closed yet. Very disappointed. Next time just say you are closing instead of going in circles saying you are out of things making me feel like crap for trying to order when you were still open for another 5-10 minutes.
Update: We went for 2 pizzas again today. They gave us the wrong food. We went back took it in side and they gave us the pizzas that had been sitting there the whole time. I don't recommend eating here. I don't recommend going at all. It's a waste of time and money until they get better staff. I'm very disappointed as this was one of my favorite places to eat with my late father.

I came back after not having eaten here in a couple years. Expected the same great food I know them for. Very disappointed. The sourdough is not sourdough. Maybe you should ask your baker to stop putting bad vibes in the bread bc it tastes like garbage. And the soup was barely warm. If Sonny was still alive, I assure you he would be embarrassed to push this food out the door/window. Sharon is great, tho!
