Terrible and gross. Had a friend stay there who is the process of moving and this is the summary: They will find anyway to make money off you whether accuse you of damaging a damaged room or refusing to let you check out and be refunded due to the miserable conditions of the hotel. Btw - phones in the room DO NOT call out, and staff don’t know how to transfer an incoming call to your room “we don’t do that” Mold Leaking ceilings Will over book and take your stuff out of your room and kick you out. How is this place still open?

Reserved a room. Found a cheaper room closer to event. Forgot to cancel room at Bismarck Hotel. Charged $132.00 for room that we did not stay in. Management unsympathetically said they couldn’t do nothing about it.

We ate here since it was convenient while staying at the Bismark/Ramkota hotel (it’s inside the hotel but apparently not associated.) When we got into the restaurant, it was really poorly lit and the lights were off in half the restaurant. It was a very eery environment. There was only one other person with their kid. We sat down, ordered our waters and coffees, then were told by the waiter that he is also our cook. We were two adults and 5 young kids - not exactly ready to be there for the hour and a half that it took to get and eat our burnt French toasts, burnt sausages, and burnt bacon. And the prices were way too high for the small portions. There is no kids menu so the kids shared adult meals. After waiting an hour for our food (4 meals in total), while sipping on watered down coffee (instant?), the waiter/chef brought out our burnt meals. No apology, no consolation, No discount. $80 later we left the restaurant with kids that were still hungry. It was a horrible place and experience. Not at all worth the convenience of being in the Bismark/Ramkota hotel, even with kids. Go eat breakfast somewhere else. It is apparently not associated with the hotel, but rather rented out.

I wish there was a review lower than a one. They are to be open on Mondays at 7 and it is almost 8 and all is dark. The front desk is sullen and will not answer questions. Never again will I stay at the hotel and try to eat here.

Hubby had sausage gravy with biscuits and I had corned beef hash with eggs. We both enjoyed our meals very much. The ambiance was delightful. They like dark wood. The lounge looked very appealing with two gaming tables and several slot machines.

Splendid warm customer service and fine food can be enjoyed at this hotel. Directly opposite the Boston Public Gardens the Four Seasons hosts meetings & other events. Each employee acted as if we were the only guests there, making sure our every need was attended to with care. This place goes on my high recommend list of their gracious hospitality.

Quiet restaurant, staff very attentive to the buffet. Somewhat limited on choices on the buffet. The menu had lots of choices, priced fairly.
