I wish there was a review lower than a one. They are to be open on Mondays at 7 and it is almost 8 and all is dark. The front desk is sullen and will not answer questions. Never again will I stay at the hotel and try to eat here.

The food is mediocre at best. The service is even worse. We got no water with our food and no napkins or silverware to go along wth the food. Blue Moon was served with a lemon wedge instead of an orange slice. The bartender was unable to make a vodka soda, and even after asking me how to make it and telling her how, she still served me a vodka Sprite anyways. The restaurant is almost as bad as the rest of the hotel.

So this is not fancy, or a gourmet restaurant in any sense of the words, but they are a very nice place for Sunday brunch. They have a huge buffet including an omelette station. Food ordered off the menu is plentiful as well. Service was very fast and friendly, and they handled my requests for condiments and extra crispy bacon with a smile. They also left a carafe if coffee and a water pitcher on the table, which was much appreciated.

Hubby had sausage gravy with biscuits and I had corned beef hash with eggs. We both enjoyed our meals very much. The ambiance was delightful. They like dark wood. The lounge looked very appealing with two gaming tables and several slot machines.

Splendid warm customer service and fine food can be enjoyed at this hotel. Directly opposite the Boston Public Gardens the Four Seasons hosts meetings & other events. Each employee acted as if we were the only guests there, making sure our every need was attended to with care. This place goes on my high recommend list of their gracious hospitality.

Quiet restaurant, staff very attentive to the buffet. Somewhat limited on choices on the buffet. The menu had lots of choices, priced fairly.

Well, I had bought raffle tickets for a muscular dystrophy fundraiser. Thank goodness that this "experience " was free. The food was indescribably off. Sausage gravy made without breakfast sausage?? Potatoes au gratin with still raw potatoes! I arrived at normal "brunch" time 12:00 noon, I had to alert the hostess to my presence because she was seated at reception podium watching customers. Server walks up and very loudly says, "coffee?". No friendliness or tact. I come back from getting food, diet coke has three melted ice cubes on top, straw trying to commit suicide. I ask if she just filled my watered down remains and she says, yes, quite rudely. I asked for a fresh refill, she asks why. First of all, I don't wanna drink off of a straw that you've just placed where everyone else's saliva coated straw has been. This is cold and flu season. Secondly adding to watered down soda and not even adding new ice is tacky and unprofessional. But I didn't get to say any of that. I said, cause that's disgusting and she snatched my glass off the table and didn't return for 6 minutes and then brought me a refill with ice mounded above the rim. Salmon cakes were silver dollar sized and hard as a rock with black bottoms, and waitress NEVER came back. Shoved check onto table with "refill" and wouldn't take any plates away or anything. I think she should find a new vocation along with her substandard cooks. Horrible experience!!!!!

Ordered a chicken taco salad to go and it was $12. A little pricy but it is inside a hotel so I guess that's to be expected. It was ok, big salad, dry chicken, iceberg lettuce. Came with chips and salsa instead of a tortilla bowl which I was ok with.
