Points SHOULDN'T expire. Takes FOREVER, years to get anywhere. I have never gotten a free item from points. You have to spend a massive amount of money to earn anything and by that time, your points are expired. They are earned. Starbucks shouldn't steal earned points. In the days of punch cards people kept their punches.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Bismarck because of the workers there. They take the time to get to know their regulars and have my drink order down. Shout out to Hannah and Bridget specifically, because they're always so friendly and they keep me coming back to this location.

as for the complaints, coffee shops are generally smaller spaces....you don't go there to eat a five course meal. usually any discrepancy in order, the staff has always offered up the correct (or wrongly described or wrongly heard item) item at no charge or reimbursed the difference, in my experience anyways.......anywhere.
