This is my favorite Starbucks in Bismarck because of the workers there. They take the time to get to know their regulars and have my drink order down. Shout out to Hannah and Bridget specifically, because they're always so friendly and they keep me coming back to this location.

as for the complaints, coffee shops are generally smaller spaces....you don't go there to eat a five course meal. usually any discrepancy in order, the staff has always offered up the correct (or wrongly described or wrongly heard item) item at no charge or reimbursed the difference, in my experience anyways.......anywhere.
Asked for a Venti, they gave us a grande. No big deal, but when we asked about it they argued with us and spoke to us as if they were scolding a child. As someone who works in customer service it was definitely not the way to handle the situation.

This is a great, fast Starbucks! It is located right by the cashiers of Target. The seating area is sometimes not very clean and the garbage is sometimes too full, which is why this place is A-OK! Overall this Starbucks has nice, hard workers! I like it.
