After spending $200 to earn 200 stars through the Starbucks app, I finally had enough to redeem a free drink. I was so excited, and spent a long time deciding online what I should use it on! I picked up my drink through the drive-thru, and I was disappointed driving away. My drink was made with only half of the ingredients that it was supposed to be. I essentially just received a plain matcha with my cold foam. No chai, no caramel, and definitely not an extra amount of cold foam as requested. I am very disappointed :(

Will family

Rude. If staff doesn’t enjoy working they should go work somewhere else. We won’t be back. A lot of other places to go that don’t treat you like that.

Went there order on drive thru and when got up to window the worker was trying to give us the wrong drunk. We ordered 2 white mocha iced with extra caramel drizzle vente and a caramel frappachino with shot of espresso. Didn't get the caramel drizzle on first one but when made a point to correct her with the second one she decided to get attitude and try and say no we didn't. So won't go there again. Better just stay going to the one on state street

This company sucks and the DM is to busy caring about his best friend and being up her business to worry about the rest if his team. They don't care about there people and treates me like garbage simply because I wasn't the DMs best friend. All they want to do is yell at people all day

Ordered on mobile and showed up when the order was supposed to be ready. Upon walking in we seen that our drinks weren’t ready so we sat down. It took them about 15 minutes just to get our coffees then they started on the sandwich. We left without the food because we were tight on time. We then reached out to customer service on their site, which is a total waste of time, and they so happily awarded us our money back for the sandwich we didn’t receive and didn’t say a word about the service. This will be THE LAST time I am getting anything from this company whether that be for me or my family. 0/5 stars.

Orders mobile order. Said 20 minutes. Got there in 20 minutes still wasn't ready. They had to ask my order again. Waiting over 30 minutes for a cup of coffee isn't worth it. Go to the State Street starbucks. More efficient there

Save yourself time and go elsewhere. More often than not drinks take over 20min to make. Oftentimes you get one drink then wait 20min for the rest. I'm shocked that Starbucks has dropped to this level. I saw it coming but still shocked. Most of the locations in Bismarck are like this. Try Bitty Bean, Anima or Brick Oven as a way better local option and I guarantee you won't wait for 20min for a coffee.

my husband goes in to get our drinks, mine was made and his wasn’t. he takes mine and waits for his, the worker looks at him and asks what he’s waiting for and he says “we have another drink in the order” as she starts making other drinks for people who came in after us. she makes the drink and hands it to him afterwards, stating “sorry i just didn’t make it yet” okay? my suggestion is maybe make one order at a time, complete the order you’re working on before starting one for someone who came in after us. stopped here on lunch and wasted 15 minutes waiting. this was also a pickup order that was placed in advance.
