I’m a little confused on what to say here. I generally really like this store, and we were trying to get our order done over the phone. We understood it might be a bit, but that’s the gig. The one barista gal came to the window and complained. We didn’t give them enough time, at least five minutes, to get our food orders in. Starbucks this took place at 1:32 PM on November 17.
This is always my home store. I absolutely love the baristas. They’re always cheerful helpful with helping me choose my drink for the day (sometimes I can’t make up my mind) and they are always consistent with the food
We do like to stop in from time to time since having it every day gets too expensive. I like the iced caramel macchiato with a few pumps of vanilla syrup. My wife likes the caramel ribbon crunch when it's available. Staff are always great here. I always order ahead with the app and the ETA it gives is fairly close. I wished it'd notify you in the so when your order is ready though!
