I went to get gift cards and thought I would treat myself. What a mistake I order a Peppermint Mocha extra hot not really sure what I got it taste like water. Not good at all very disappointing.

First in line for the bear cups just to be cheated by the employees and then have them protect a guy who forced himself over me. Waited 30 minutes before opening in the cold (after going to two other stores) for the bear cup just to have the employee in the red apron lie to me and direct me to turn were the bathrooms after they opened the door so another one of their employees could grab cups. Two employees bought cups first by lying to customers and then the last bear was stolen by a guy last in line after pushing past me and when told it wasn’t right by the employees and the guy they let push his way through the employees refused to make it right and just kept buying the last bear cup. Glad to know Starbucks only cares about making sure their employees get one. Selfish employees and management apparently thinks this is a “good service” for a release. Make it right Starbucks… your guys location suck.

I try to give this location a chance all the time and I am always disappointed. $8 for a coffee that was rushed and not made correctly. I understand they are busy but I am also paying $8 for coffee.. a little effort goes a long way.

My favorite SB location in town !

Only one complaint….they don’t follow Starbucks official policy regarding free refills .

After buying an expensive $5 short Brown Sugar Cortado (absolutely wonderful drink even if it’s tiny and half foam….a perfect beverage!), I wanted to get a free small refill of just coffee. They said not their policy. Oftentimes I’ve been able to get a refill here and at the other Bismarck stores after a Cortado. Never been an issue in Minneapolis.

So I had a text chat with Starbucks headquarters and they confirmed that we should get refills of coffee for the purchase of a cortado. Of course it must be consumed in store with correct beverage container.
Hopefully owner and managers (Hannah and Hope) will be made aware of this so that can teach the baristas the correct policy. Otherwise love this place !

The iced caramel macchiato was delicious. Just thought it wasn't stirred well enough. Most of the caramel sat at the bottom. The barista was super friendly at the window!!

I want to give a shout out to Jesse in the drive thru! I ordered a cold brew with no ice and when I got to the window she realized it had ice in it and offered to make a new one but also let me keep the iced one! It made my day!

I was just going to get some coffee for work in the morning and I was really surprised how this starbucks tops all others in the bismarck area. The girl in the drive through, Cara did an excellent job taking our orders and having a nice conversation. The drink was made super well and was really happy with it. Im really happy with this Starbucks and I will be coming again.

Food and baristas are always in a good mood. Only complaint is that when ordering on the app it shows everything is instock. But you get to the store you then find out it’s sold out. This has happened quite a few times and not just this store. Not sure where the disconnect is but would be nice if this gets fixed.
