Food and baristas are always in a good mood. Only complaint is that when ordering on the app it shows everything is instock. But you get to the store you then find out it’s sold out. This has happened quite a few times and not just this store. Not sure where the disconnect is but would be nice if this gets fixed.

I brought my daughter here. It was her first time being inside Starbucks. I was raving about the place because back in the day you could walk in, music is playing, the baristas were super cheerful and talkative and the atmosphere was welcoming. As we walk in there’s no clear indicator of where to place an order at so we stand behind a couple. They’re waiting and they recieve their drinks and leave . We’re standing there and no one acknowledges us for almost 10 minutes. We then were asked what name we were waiting for we said we wanted to place an order. We placed a force and sat for 35 minutes for one of our two drinks. They were the exact same drinks and we had to wait another 5 to 10 minute for the second drink. The customer service was below our standards and we were very unhappy. We were uncomfortable and ended up just taking our drinks to leave. She wasn’t able to experience sitting in a Starbucks to enjoy her refresher. We ended up tasting our drinks and ran to the nearest store to get a sprite to mix them together to be able to better savor them. We won’t be patronizing this particular Starbucks again. They have no customer service skills, no time management and it’s an overall dirty store as well.

i stop at starbucks most days to get a coffee, but lately, at 1 specific starbucks, every time i get a simple black coffee, same 'pikes' brew, it varies wildly in strength... like, often wayyy diluted down lately. just today i got a pikes w an extra shot of espresso, and its weaker than the 'regular' is-- by far. very disappointing. pretty much to the point where if i stop at the one location i'll just have to get the cold brew... or stop going entirely.
if i wouldve eaten in, i wouldve said something.. but at the same point, for as much as it happens, maybe i should just go elsewhere.

Ordered an apple crisp oatmilk machiato it was supposed to be hot they gave me an iced and did not mix it at all so it tasted like coffee then Luke warm oatmilk with a glob of syrup on the bottom of the cup. It wouldve tasted good mixed. But as it was it was like 2 bad drinks and some syrup and did not have 20-30 mins to wait for a new drink

Every time I go to this Starbucks I am disappointed. Don’t ever make the drinks right and when they have to remake it they have such an ugly attitude. Like maam pls just make it with love. $11+ for water.

I asked for a flat white and pretty much just got a latte. It tasted ok, but it wasn't a flat white. Not strong enough and too much milk and cappucino type foam. They were not busy but had very little desire to have interaction with any of the customers.

Starbucks does not have an allergy-friendly food menu and the staff do a fair job of keeping your order correct. If you have a dairy allergy or intolerance, you might be better served somewhere else if you want food items. They offer dairy substitutes for all coffee and drink orders.

Picked up a sugary drink, didnt even get out of the lot when i picked the drink up to get a drink and the cup collapsed and sent drink all over my lap,on my floor board and on my dash an steering wheel and door..My new looking van was covered..Went back in to tell the workers and all they said was, " would you like us to make the drink again? No i would like not to return home to change clothes,, And remove the gunk from my vehicle!! I told them i think they need to detail my front seat of the van but the " manager" on duty said they never do that just remake the drink... apparently they sometimes get faulty cups...

Typical Starbucks. Ample parking. Spotlessly clean inside. I had the standard black coffee and it was exactly what I expected. Staff was fast, efficient and friendly. One aspect that sets this location off from other Starbucks is the location is across the street from Best Buy which makes this location convenient if you are shopping electronics.
