You are getting quality product here! Much better than anything you'd purchase from a big box store. These people have done their research and have the data to prove it! Obviously, things are pricey, but a little goes a long way! Also, most of the loose leaf teas can be steeped 2-3x so you really do get plenty of use from a 4oz /12$ bag of tea. Every time I go to Steep Me A Cup of Tea, the owners are there with a smile on their face and remember my order every time, even if it's months between visits! You cannot beat Steep Me's personal touch, and the fact that they have excellent tea (both hot and cold) and so many different varieties, it's a place you have to visit.
Wonderful, as to be expected. But today I was helped by the kindest soul ever. Found me what I needed last minute. Made me a really good tea. Told me his name twice and I still can't remember it lol.I may not shop often but I'll never get my tea anywhere else.
