Out of all the subways in Bismark/Mandan, this and the one in Walmart Mandan are the best to go to. Unfortunately, if they keep hiring people who don't know what they're doing, it's going to go downhill like 3rd Street subway.

Not going to Lie, A man Named Jake served us today and it was the 3 best looking and tasting sandwiches we've had in over 10 years. We'll majored and created 3 perfect sandwiches you could put on the Billboard. I think we found our new go to subway location!
The bread was very hard (old). BUT, I did mention this to an employee, and I feel as though they did their best to compensate us (without a return of $$).Very clean, neat, and organized. Everyone who worked behind the counter was very smiley and friendly.Vegetarian options: They have a huge selection of Salad offerings for a vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Every sandwich is custom-made, so it is perfect for those who have dietary restrictions.Parking: For some reason, the entire parking lot was very rough, huge pot holes. It's not so great when you have (2) people in the vehicle who have severe back problems/issues. My passenger had a back surgery just a few weeks prior. Every bump or jerk in the parking lot increased our back pain tremendously.Also, due to the roughness of the parking lot road, it seemed like there were very limited parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair access, but I would think that it would be quite the challenge to push a wheel chair across that horrible broken up/ pot-holed ground.

If you can avoid this location, The cleanliness and preparation and the experience overall was horrible. The kid with the pubic goatee Was dropping & contaminating my meat choices with other meats on the serving line. When I asked if he could use fresh meat that wasn’t dropped, his demeanor changed from careless to annoyed and irritated. The overall experience was just unpleasant.If you can go to the south location or Walmart and you will get way better service. Especially at the south one, they always have Great customer service and they aren’t as careless when preparing your sandwich. I plan on contacting corporate in regards to this experience. The employee overlooked that his server employee number is on the receipt

July 11th 5:00 just ran into my first internet karen, I bought a footlong for 20 bucks asked her to divide it into four and paper wrap each one for me so I can eat them separately and they would stay fresh and she blatantly complained the whole time about how time-consuming it was for her to do that and there was no one else in the store. Are there male worker was trying to apologize for her behavior.Parking: Convenient convenient

It's a typical subway, food is the same everywhere. This store isn't much concerned about neatness of your sandwich it might be a mess to open. I was just there to order food. The manager stood there and ignored me (i was the only customer), she had food in her mouth and was talking, over the open food on the bar, to a trainee. I'm not giving them my money, nor am I chancing eating that food possibly laced with the managers spittle. Go to south 3rd st, it's worth the distance.

They actually have staff! Was very nice to see a full staff punch through the lunch rush. Food was delicious and quick.
