As soon as I walked in, it felt closed
there was no worker to be seen or get greeted, no customers in lobby, I get to the end to start my order and the worker was just standing in the doorway between the back of house and the line on his phone

.I order my food and quickly notice how disgusting their glass is-not just fingerprints but dust build up. Even around the register was dusty, and the cookie display case looked like it has not been wiped down in months. Drink area could have used a good wipe down, garbage was overfilled. I normally get delivery from this location, because they’ve always been the good subway as far as the food being made but I won’t be back.

If your employee has time to be on their phone then they have time to clean.

Food is what someone would come to expect from a subway. I havn't had an incorrect order and im a frequent customer. The location is nice as its a 15 minute walk from Bismarck State College. Price is great if you order online with coupon codes.

We had a couple sandwiches and tried the Annie's pretzel. I had the chicken cheese ranch. I'm not sure what happened but the bread was very soggy. The turkey sandwich was great. The pretzel was awful. So over baked, it was very tough and had very little salt. Very disappointing.

We have several Subway restaurants in town. This one is a little out of my way, but because of the friendly staff and the good food, it's worth my time to drive there. It's also one of the few that I can put in a pick-up order, and all the sandwiches are made correctly.

Placed an online order. MANGER starts yelling that he doesn’t have it and doesn’t care it’s not his problem on and on. An over $50 order and he’s not making the order or refunding it. He says don’t bother calling I’m the manager! I had a email receipt and everything on-line saying it was there and done. AVOID THIS

I ordered a footlong sandwich. When doordasher dropped said sandwich offs it was only a six inch. They had only made half of my sandwich and wrapped it in the smaller wraps, so I know the dasher didn’t take it. When I proceeded to call the store several times my call was declined every time. Worst experience

Didn’t even get to eat and had a horrible experience. Came with 20 minutes to close and watched the worker through the glass run to lock the door. As he was walking back another worker came and flipped us off.

Said they were closed it says ONLINE THAT THEYRE OPEN. Had rude worker sweeping, cursing, making faces and complaining as we left. Had a bad attitude when my friend asked if they were closed. Very dramatic and stupid workers. As we pulled they served a male who walked in, who didn’t have the decency to ask if they were open.
