Josie helped me today. She made the perfect sandwich!! Not too much but not too little. She also put the meat and cheese on one side and the veggies on the other side so the sandwich folded perfect. When eating it I got a balance of everything not just meat in one bite and veggies in the other bite. A great big THANK YOU TO JOSIE! I wish everyone made sandwiches like she did.

Don't order the Philly. It tastes like it isn't meat, it is gray with absolutely no flavor. It was as if they didn't even add salt to it and it was extra shredded. I ordered Thursday October 30th and the Italian bread was stale.

I did an online order, the guy who was wearing saggy pants with his underwear showing had to make my sandwich twice and then when I got home my wife's sandwich was not made right. I will never go back to this subway again. The kicker is they all want a tip after messing up twice.

No initial welcome, no personality, no interaction at all! Had to basically yell across the counter to tell them what we wanted. Fixed my 2 sandwiches, (meatball wasn't even cut at all), then went to register, had to tell her FOUR times my wife still needed to order. The veggies were super minimum on my Turkey sandwich. My wife ordered a Turkey salad, and the lady only put THREE SLIVERS (NOT SLICES, Just pieces) of turkey. She questioned her, and the attitude got horrible! Overall, it was not a pleasant experience!

The past few times I’ve been to this location the employees (not every one) have been very rude. I came in tonight and got a footlong and when I asked for extra mayo the girl put it back with the other sauces before asking if it was enough.I asked for more and I thought she would just grab a new one but she looks at me and says “can’t you see” while hitting it on the counter. I’m assuming she was going to say it’s empty. The toaster went off and then she went to help the customers behind me and not finish mine or say anything else. The guy working then grabbed a new bottle without saying anything. He was very nice the whole time.

The lady that made my sandwich was VERY rude. She was staring at me the whole time with like a death glare, and after I made my sandwich request she continued to stare and then said ok. She acted like she hated me and did not want to do her job. January 8th 430pm

If I could give a negative star rating, I absolutely would. The customer service during our visit today was appalling. The young lady at the counter around 5 PM was beyond rude—she was dismissive, disrespectful, and acted like we were a nuisance just for being there. Her attitude was so unprofessional and condescending that it completely ruined our experience. Management, please take care of this because it’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t feel like a nuisance by ordering supper.

Sandwich maker aficionado D.J. is hands down one of the best! Super efficient and organized, he seamlessly handles multiple orders at the same time and does not mince on veggie portions or condiments. Service is fast but always served up with a brilliant smile. I will return to this Subway location just to see D.J. work his magic :) Great job!
