I just went here around 10:50 October 16th. Everything was great but I asked for a hashbrown on the side for my meal and I never got it. I hot one full meal and my other meal didn't get a side at all. Other than that they did a great job people were nice and respectful the rest of my order was right besides the one thing missing

Got one of the new steak burritos went there for lunch and found this very weird looking item really threw me off

Food was great but I went back up and asked for a side of spicy ranch and the worker literally looked at me like i was an alien. Then said “A spicy ranch burrito” like no. I said a cup of spicy ranch and the worker said “i’ll need to charge you for the ranch i can’t give it to you for free” which i clearly knew and had no problem with but then slide the ranch cup with no top down the counter and walked away. But overall was a rude interaction. If you order here make sure you order your sauce cups when ordering on the kiosk.

It's a pretty unremarkable Taco Bell, but I mean, what Taco Bell is remarkable, lol? Food was alright, although I do think they don't use enough filling for things. We ordered two crispy chicken burritos, and for some reason, one of them was incredibly wet and sticky, like it stuck to the wrapper. It smelled fine, took a small bite and tasted fine, but we were kinda reluctant to eat it, so we shared the one.

On Mon, 8/18/25, I made the mistake of dining in at this location. Immediately after I sat down with my food, an employee started bassing out with loud music (behind counter). I ate my food quickly then contacted corporate immediately.

Absolute pathetic food I got the 7 dollar box I normally dont say anything when the mess up 1 out of every 3 times i go there but the taco seemed like it was sitting out for hours and it was crushed and then the chips were the smallest amount I've gotten it was probably 5 whole chips and the rest was crushed to crumbs the chalupa was hard again and again service is always quick friendly and cheap but food quality is garbage fast food in general has gone down hill in last 5 years the biggest issue is that corporations think speed matters over quality of food just unrealistic times to put on to your employees the food needs to be fresh to order I'm done with taco bell in Bismarck at least for a little while absolutely pissed

This place is a complete joke! Hardly any ground beef on any of the tacos. Ordered Extra grande nachos which means extra beef and cheese, chips didnt have much of anything on them.
We have gone to taco bell for many many years, and it's always been an hit or miss, but at this taco bell we had fresh hot food , but the gentleman at the Counter was exceptional wonderful, very polite, and actually knew what he was doing, I wish everyone who works with the public fast paced or slow paced be as polite and knowledgeable of their jobs,and dealings with others as this gentleman was, thank you for being a kind human.

They need to stop serving dried out chicken that is as hard as a rock. You have to sit out in the rain to eat their cantina chicken tacos, it's that dry and old. If they are making items up in advance during a rush, and letting them sit in a warmer, it's not working out. Stop it.
