Service is usually very good, but I feel like corporate started buying lower quality meats to the point it turns my stomach. I can’t eat here anymore and it makes me so sad because I used to eat here ALL THE TIME 😭😭😭 I just want a crispy chicken meat and potato burrito with chicken that’s actually crispy and seasoned well, not slimy and rubbery and WET.

Just had a burrito and wow it was huge and priced right. Excellent service from staff. Food was nice and hot . Staff actually checked on me multiple times while I was sitting down. Was a nice feeling. Big shout out to employee named "T" . You are the most respectful friendly person I have ever met in any resteraunt.

I got there around 10:45 (yes I know it was a little close to closing) and all I wanted was a hard shell taco. I went to the drive through and nobody answered so I pulled up to the window and could see the employee ducking and hiding from us so he wouldn’t have to take our order

Make sure to check your food before leaving. These new plastic cups are absolutely useless. Looks as if the cheese melted the lid allowing it to leak everywhere.
$3.87 out the toilet and soggy potato oles. Taco John’s is too expensive when compared to competitors to have issues like this.

My friend had a Diabetes low and a worker Brandy gave her Orange Juice and called Paramedics. Her children were with and Brandy's quick thinking may have saved her life! Great job Taco John's! I hope she is rewarded for her care & kindness.
