They always forget the nacho cheese and sour cream. Every time. If I’m going to pay 1.49 for each sauce then I expect them to be in the bag. Make sure you get all your food because all they will do is offer a discount for the missing items. Absolutely lazy workers especially if you can’t make sure that an order is correct before sending it out the window. Beyond disappointed at the service for this location. Do better, your job is not that hard

They first brought out the wrong order, after realizing they gave us the wrong order they took the food back and served it to the right customer. The taco burger with steak barely had any meat on it. The meat and cheese burrito barely had any meat and potatoes on it. Very unimpressed with the quality of the food. The service wasn’t great either. Especially with serving food to another customer that was given out to the wrong people.

11:40 am thursday may 8th.

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes while kitchen staff kept looking at me, not acknowledging me. Not even a 'someone will be right with you'. This would've been fine on it's own.

But it probably would've been better had my food not been sitting on the counter for an extra 5-10 minutes getting cold. Meanwhile everyone else after me got their food because they put the wrong name on my order, and refused to say what the order was when calling the customers name. Just walked around the restaurant saying 'dale? Dale? Are you dale? Where's dale?' My name is far from Dale.

I would've piped up had someone simply listed what the order was.

Staff needs training.

I will not sit back and listen too employee’s talk bad cause I went through a door they didn’t like me going through cause they just mopped grow up it’s your job too take care of the place you work at and maybe talk crap about a customer once there gone. I worked at the broadway store for 5 years and we had better service then I just experienced I’ll never be coming here again. This gentleman that was being a rude was an older gentleman had a tan and a lazy eye
