This location was disgusting, costumer service sucked & we waited in line for 19 minutes until someone with long hair who was flipping his hair around & touching peoples order WITHOUT GLOVES after just removing the gloves with his dirty hands FINALLY opened the window totally confused as to why we were sitting there in the first place. Wouldn’t recommend!

This restaurant is just as awesome as the one in Jamestown! Me and mom stopped here today and wow omg that was SO tasty! We at least I will stop here again sometime!

Waited 20+ minutes for a mobile order, pressed check in and watch multiple others walk in and out with their food. I recommend telling them that you are there for a mobile order other wise they will ignore the priority list obviously.

Stopped in on 3/14/23. Immediately we were greeted by the friendliest and most energetic employee ever - Clay. From making sure the dining room was spotless to stopping by every table to make sure guests were taken care of, we were BLOWN AWAY by Clay’s customer service. He made sure to say goodbye to everyone when they left as well. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. It’s rare to see such great customer service today! Taco John’s - give Clay a raise!

I was so disappointed with my order tonight. My oles went in the garbage because they were crunchy like kettle cooked chips it was as if they didn’t want to make new ones and through the old ones back in the fryer. Never tasted a single potato. Half of the chips in my super nachos were stale.
