I’ve requested that she contact the cleaning staff and get an update. Margarita is claiming they can’t be reached. Margarita has checked in a number of individuals. Please note there is a conference scheduled for tomorrow. My room was booked by the conference staff.

Due to the pictures and other reviews, I was looking forward to my stay in Bismarck at the Radisson Hotel. Unfortunately, after checking into my room I was disappointed by the smell and condition it was in. After a very brief look around I found not only garbage and dust bunnies in the room, but I even found pills still under the bed. Due to health and safety concerns I left immediately. The front desk told me they would refund my stay and in fact did not. I am very disappointed and will let anyone know that there are much better and safer options in Bismarck. Choose a different hotel.

Our sheets were dirty. When we went to bed after a full day visiting a sick family member in the hospital, we found there was make up on the pillow and the pillow was just flipped over. The sheets were not clean either and had specks of dirt in them. There were stains on the carpet and carpet did not seem clean. The staff seemed irritated to check us in and the restaurant staff seemed inconvenienced to serve us at dinner. The shuttle staff complained about hating their job during our trip to the airport. We enjoyed the proximity to the hospital as it was walking distance and we were staying at the hotel to visit my dying mother. Overall unpleasant stay. The hotel needs a lot of work.

Stayed for two nights, room was not cleaned after first night. One of the lamps in the room would not work, no wash clothes in the bathroom and only two towels. Bathroom did not have a fan, so everything gets dripping wet when taking a hot shower. Not a big deal but it does get my attention. Room did not have a guide to the hotel services and amenities. We did have an advanced reservation, yet it seemed to take slightly longer than I would expect to get checked in. We made the reservation via Expedia, and I have noticed that we always seem to get one of the least desirable locations for the actual room. I say this because I have noticed a difference in the whole process when booking directly with Radison vs other booking options. Seems to be intentional. Staff was great, room was comfortable. I am nit picking, mainly because basically they did a good job.

Very Professional, Courteous and Respectful Staff. We got into town and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute. It meant a lot to my family that they were able to accommodate my mother with a handicap accessible room.

No refrigerator in room. At least the door card always worked. And the food in the little lounge area was good, but they were out of soup by 9:00. All in all I was basically satisfied, but apparently I like the little things.

The Bismarck Radisson was the best stay I have had in a long time! The Management, especially the General Manager, Trudy, and staff are so accommodating and professional. Room was exceptionally clean and king size bed so very comfortable! I love the fact there is a lounge right on the property and a restaurant. This makes staying there so convenient, not too mention right downtown and walking distance to shopping and other restaurants/bars. I will most definitely stay at the Radisson again and again! This hotel gets 5 stars for me!!!

The room was very nice. Very quiet. Staff quite friendly. Loved the free parking and the locality to the hospitals and orthopedic offices. I wish there was a complimentary breakfast but there is a restaurant on site.

I had such a nice stay at this facility. The staff were incredibly kind and the shuttle services to and from the airport was so helpful. The shuttle also can take guests to other locations around Bismarck, which was great! The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. I really appreciate how accommodating the staff also were in re-booking me for an extra night when my flights got canceled.

Excellent all around . I liked the quiet, the room and comfort as well as the parking. All was to my satisfaction. The staff were all polite and helpful. The room was very well stocked with cleana towels, etc. Thank you.

Swimming pool and hot tub area was great. The Lounge was appreciated and convenient! Check-in was super busy and took longer than expected. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel .

I might stay here on business if I can check out before Friday. Make sure you're not in an adjoining room and are nowhere near the elevator because this place is LOUD. If you need a microwave, be sure you read the room description very carefully. We found the hard way there was no microwave and that, if needed, you could bring your item to the front desk for them to microwave for you.

The hotel room they gave us was showing it’s age. Loose tile on the bathroom wall. Wall was slightly crumbling and had crumbs of drywall in one corner. Breakfast was awful. Pancakes tasted like cardboard and hollandaise sauce taste like vinegar

Dirty and dingy hotel with poor service and food. The hotel has seen better days and has an unclean feel. The staff looked disinterested and unhappy. The restaurant was poorly run and organized. The conference room chairs are broken.
