I went to the Bismarck, ND location today 12/6/2025. I order a med well done sirloin. The first one comes out well done and tough. The manager brought the second one 15 minutes later, again well done. The third one came out in a box so they made it quite clear they wanted me out of there. Our waitress came out and cleared our table of dishes and drinks before we had finished. The kicker was that we paid full price (no discount) for our substandard meal. (Checked the third steak when I got home-well done!)
The call ahead seating was great, only a couple minutes to wait. Sirloin steak and filet was cooked just right.

What a horrible experience. Waited over an hour to be seated. The food was disgusting I don't think that was a ribeye I think it was a chuck steak and it was all fat. We were never checked on I had to flag someone down to get water. And it was early it was an early afternoon. The food was pretty dismal. Not as bad as the service. And it was my birthday dinner I took it to go dinner and threw it in the trash when I got home. 🗑️
