Idk why the pizza is so good... Is it the cheese? Idk.

Love the games, and that dang Pac-Man four player game is a blast.

The only thing that was distracting was a slight smell to the place. Maybe just cleaned with ammonia, but everything else was fantastic.

Excited to go again. :)

We went for Old School MTV trivia night, it was lots of fun!
All of the staff are super friendly especially the trivia night host he did a great job.
The decor here is super cool plus plenty of cool arcade games.
There's a great drink selection and the pizza we got was super good. We will definitely be back! 😁

Had some take out pizza. We had heard rumors all over town that this place was shutting down. I would understand since many of our visits were hit or miss in the past. On this trip, I went to the back of the room to pick up my pizzas and had to wait over 5 minutes for anyone to come out. I could see staff milling around in back and I finally had to go around the corner and wave staff for help. I could see my two boxes of pizza getting hopelessly cold on a rack. The young man that came to help seemed a little out of it and looked confused trying to engage his register. He eventually gave up and sent me back to the front with my getting colder by the second expensive pizzas. Had to wait another 5 minutes waiting for the single bartender to wrangle a small line of customers. Very frustrating. Finally got to pay and rushed home. The pizzas, not surprisingly, were cold. Family dug in and we all noticed that both pizzas had practically no tomato sauce on them. There was a very slight veneer I guess but you had a hard time tasting it. I've been to New York and had mouth watering NY style before and they didn't have a sauce shortage on their fare. For the premium price we're paying, give us some sauce, please! Makes for a dry unsatisfactory experience. Wife and kids, not happy. Dad not happy. I hope food quality and customer service pick up or those rumors going around may yet come true. This is a decent place so please don't blow it. The place was really dead quiet for a Friday night.

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced last night. Everything is self serve but you wouldn’t know that because the bar tender was so incredibly rude/arrogant and didn’t explain anything to us. Treated us as if we were idiots and should know how the beer tap self serve machines work. They have you tip at the beginning and then do not serve you. I forgot my ID and asked for water and if they had coke or pepsi to which he replied “yah” and walked away. Never brought me a drink. Had to have my boyfriend go inside and get a water which the bar tender proceeded to say “she probably needs 2 waters” assuming I was intoxicated when I wasn’t. When my boyfriend asked where the fountain drinks were to fill he said in a rude tone “uh over there” assuming we should know. There were old customers pizza and dishes laying out forever with nobody cleaning them up. Didn’t bring us silverware or napkins or Parmesan. The cheese pizza was below average the grinder pizza was good. No fun 80’s music playing, the bar tender brought the vibe and ambiance way down. I was sad because I’m an 80’s person and was very disappointed with the entire experience. I do not think I’ll be back even tho the idea and arcade games are cool.

This place was awesome. They showed retro commercials from the '80s. It took me way back

Fun place. I made the mistake of ordering ahead.... Not realizing all the arcade games were free. It was nice to play a couple of games before leaving. Pizza was a bit short on toppings. I ordered a large Hawaiian and there were 2-3 pieces of Canadian bacon and pineapple toppings per slice.... Could have used a bit more for a $30 pizza.

Went for a childrens birthday party. Ordered 14 pizzas, not in advance. Pizza came super fast. Very good, try the goat pizza, unique and delicious. Arcade games were okay, kids enjoyed them. Pinball costs extra. Would have been nice to turn off colored lights to take some pictures.

My husband and I are real pizza lovers, and wherever we travel, we’re always hunting for a great pizza spot. On our recent trip to Bismarck, we found CraftCade, and honestly, it was such a fun experience for us. The place has a fantastic old-school arcade vibe that felt fun right as we walked in and the staff were all super friendly.

A standout feature is the beer wall. The self serve tap system is a clever concept that adds an extra layer of fun to the experience. Unfortunately, not every arcade game was working. But honestly, it didn’t bother us much. It’s just worth noting that some of the machines seem to have been out of order. As for the food, the pizza was very good! We ordered an 18-inch pepperoni with hot honey. The crust was crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the hot honey gave it just the right sweet and spicy kick.

Overall, CraftCade is a place we’d recommend to anyone visiting Bismarck. Great pizza, fun games, and a cool vibe—we’ll definitely return.

Cool bar concept. Enjoyed the self serve beer options. Bartender (not sure his name, but had a perdido tattoo) was super personable, attentive and funny. If in Bismarck, check this place out.
