Upon entering this fine establishment; know as the Lemur of Jousting, Ryan was quick to tend to my needs. I was greeted with pre-pandemic kindness and attentiveness that you’ll usually get only in the big cities. Start with the water, always containing fresh fruit and herbs to cleanse the pallet. The exotic foods and wines will have you skipping your next resort-vacation since you can get it all right here in the heart of Bismarck! Upon receiving your bill at the end of your dining experience, expect to ask if the staff forgot to charge you for something due to the low prices the Lemur has to offer! This place refuses to put their cover on their grease trap. Thus making neighboring businesses smell like rotten eggs. Incredibly rude. Fix it.Also, I am not an employee, but a customer or neighboring businesses. Shame on you.

Such a wonderful experience! We took our mom for her birthday dinner and the staff went out of their way to make her feel special. If you have time ask about wine recommendations, every single one offered was ?. The food was fantastic, the decor was beautiful, and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and owners. Do not skip this place, it will quickly become a new favorite.

Definitely recommend! Had so much fun with the self-serve wine. You prepay a card and use to fill up your glass with 1oz, 3 oz, or 6 oz i believe. Nice for tasting many different kinds, or getting the same one you like. Food was good, wine was good, and atmosphere was good! Staff was friendly, funny, and helpful!

I wish I could give six stars. It's supposed to be about the wine, which is terrific, but the food, ambience and team take it over the top. We got to talk with one of the owners, the young running the kitchen, and the founder and visionary. The menu is perfect with the wines, the space is inviting, and everyone working there is a delight to encounter.

The food was delicious! We had the seared beef tips, salmon toast, and beet and goat cheese salad. All were excellent! Tiramisu and cheesecake were also great. Service was also excellent. All were very friendly and helpful. At first we were not going to try the wine dispenser but we changed our minds. I was glad we did. It was fun trying and comparing different wines. The place is also very open and welcoming. We are definitely adding The Jousting Lemur to our list of Bismarck favorites.
