Outstanding service from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and professional. The Southport Burger was absolutely delicious: juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Great atmosphere and top-notch hospitality even with a busy lunch crowd!
Never got served after waiting an hour. Owner and their family came in and received top notch service from all the staff but patrons waited hours for their checks, drinks, and food. Tables were never cleaned the entire time we were there. Staff were arguing outside near the shed and complaining about patrons… Someone call John Taffer or let any investors know, this place is a fail.
I love the Pier! love coming here on a hot summer night after a full day on the river but I'd love for you to do better. took 1 hour and 30 minutes for a Southport pier burger and nachos. was told there was 1 cook! 1 cook and 6 owners and your staff is dying on a Monday!! Do better! also the table next to me had to go to the bar after several minutes of wating and he said we'll you were ready the first time came to you. Do better be better I know you guys can!!!
