Dashing here was awful. I know it gets busy but I beat the rush hour before it started and yet I was still waiting for over 20 minutes on a delivery. I asked the cashier when it would be ready and she wasn’t any help, and not only that, my delivery was just sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes and not a single employee picked it up or called the name for it. Everyone just walked right past it. I had to be the one to point it out ask for it to be handed to me. I tried to be patient because I understand how stressful it can be when it’s busy, but how do you see an order on the counter and just walk right past it? By the time I got it, the smoothie was already melting. Overall just a very annoying experience.

Since this location is open a few weeks ago, I have done three mobile pick up orders. They have always been ready when I have arrived however, when I have done a food order, they have forgotten a couple of my sides, which is frustrating when you realize it after you get to your destination and start eating.

I was working DoorDash yesterday. Yall are chaotic. I get it’s busy but the lady working the til looked unimpressed with life. I waited 20 min for an order I never got. I unassigned myself and took zero pay for the time I wasted there. I even waited an extra 5 min before I assigning myself. Based on my experience I personally wouldn’t come here myself.
