A lot of fun! We did this with another couple and it was in time for the holidays and well do it again! Great people that work there and wine tasting for the next venture. Your own label and quality wine you can really call your own. You can tweak the way you want your wine to taste. No complaints!
Take your ND grown fruit there and the Vintner will turn it into wonderful vino. When your batch is ready, you get to design labels using templates available there or from your own archives. You fill the bottles, cork them, heat seal neck bands, attach labels, and pack cases with bottles of your very own home-grown wine. Wonderful experience!

Stopped in on an early arrival before a flight out of BIS. It was our first time in, though we had sampled some wines at pride at Dakota. We were offered countless tastings and purchased 2 bottles. The suggestions were good choices, based on our preference information we provided. Pricing was reasonable and flavors varied, with a wide range to meet the tastes of non-wine-lovers & avid wine-drinkers ss well.
