Walrus in Bismarck is doing it right. Homemade bread, freshly made pasta, and excellent service. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned with sea salt and fresh pepper, and the buffalo chicken wrap was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. You can tell they care about quality from the first bite to the last.

Burnt bacon on salad, ordered medium burger it was over well done with burnt french fries… no wonder it took so long to get our food. I used to love the walrus but this was the last time.

My wife and I love eating at the Walrus (or picking up food). You could genuinely point randomly at the menu and be happy with whatever came out. From pizza, to burgers, to pasta, it's all delicious and slightly more elevated than most places that serve the same genre of food. It's nice to see some consistency with their staff too (who always take great care). I recently picked up a food order on my wife's birthday, and they were kind enough to toss in a complimentary tiramisu to treat her! Thanks Walrus for hanging around and being one of our best local restaurants.

My Grandaughter is a huge fan of this place, so on our Grandma/ Granddaughter special time together, she was so excited to bring me to this restaurant. We both ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli. They brought hers out as she ordered to her liking, but not mine. The waitress said there was a problem with mine( I ordered it with chicken, my Granddaughters with no meat), as I waited for mine, she enjoyed her meal. Then they brought mine out and it was like a soup!!! Very runny, no flavor. So we called the waitress over and showed her the mess I was served and was offered to get a new serving!! Really? How much longer would I have to wait for that, so I declined, and just asked for more parmisan cheese . NO, DID NOT HELP! So they gave me and my Grandaughter a free dessert! Like that was really going to make it right? The waitress did an excellent job but the cook failed and should of never served my dish like that!! Very disappointed!!!
