Every single one of our orders were wrong and all the food was cold. Not even warm. This place used to be great but the service has dropped to garbage. We will never eat at that location ever again. we will not recommend that place to anyone ever either.

This was actually so bad. I get it, it's fast food, but it'd be nice if it was somewhat warm when we got our order. The order itself was wrong, it came out cold, but somehow burnt? They also forgot part of the order. Overall just a real bummer.

There serves wasn’t that good there frosty were gone and they were taking for ever I think I was in that line for like 20/30 minutes. There card machines were broken and they didn’t give a single care about the food. I didn’t like the service that I got and after all of that waiting they took the food back. I don’t recommend coming to this one you will have better luck by the one like three blocks away! Even though they still had me waiting for like ten minutes at the other one they had better service and there frosty machine actually worked and there card machine.

My meal, Biscuits and gravy. Came with one half of the 2 Biscuits and zero gravy. My breakfast Baconator is pretty cold and these breakfast potatoes have been sitting for awhile. No ice in my soda. The restaurant should be held accountable not the delivery service.

Never got to eat anything. Pulled into the drive-thru and was told to wait. 20 minutes later, no response and no one took our order.
EDIT: Came back to give them another try. Drive-thru was much better this time around, however we had wanted to dine in. Doors were locked despite hours stating they would be open and no explanation was given.
Manager undertrained to handle the drama an employee and family brought in. Ruined the experiences of four different families . Sad :(

just left their drive thru without food. They claim to be open until midnight, but I pulled up to the speaker, waited there for a few minutes with no one having spoken to me, so I went around to the window, and the person there just shook her head to wave me off. Don’t go late at night, they won’t serve you.

Check ALL of your food before you leave. The fries and nuggets were OK. When I got home and I realized my baconator was ice cold. I don't know how old it was but the bread was stale and the burger was cold like someone just pulled it out of the fridge.
