They tried to mend their mistakes, and still did not meet expectations…First off ordered through Doordash and the menu for this location is WRONG. Unfortunately Wendy’s has no way to fix this, but like another item in our order it should have been marked as “unavailable”.When the Dasher dropped off our order almost all of it was missing! We got 3 out of 7 items. Mind you 3 items are in 1 meal. 1 item was unavailable at the time and marked correctly, but still.. not even for our fries to show up???Then i went to the store as i was hung up on more than once. Had to go through drive through, lobby was closed. Manager was nice and understanding, but did say she would be willing to do a drink and remake the order out of kindness. Point for effort for sure. Unfortunately, not much to my surprise, i never received a reorder of the fries or the drink she had promised me. Once back home but husband finds of patty on his burger next to RAW! Red flags are screaming here…South Wendy’s is not efficient. Throughly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Way too long to wait in the drive through for as busy as they were, one car ahead of me. Paid and told to to pull up to the waiting area. Surprised as I only ordered 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers. Still they got the order wrong, no bacon on a jr bacon cheeseburgers. Went inside to fix it and the guy at the till was watching something on his phone and he looked completely out of it (definitely not sober). Manager walked past him twice and said nothing.I not worth ever coming back.

Don't order through Google. They won't fill the order. They will turn you away when you get there. They won't cancel or refund the order. They won't answer the phone. If they do eventually answer, they will hang up on you. I hate that I had to even give it a 1 star under the food section considering I didn't even get the food I paid for. They just waited till they closed and marked the order as picked up.

I came in, waited in the front lobby over 5 minutes for service, when someone came to take my order they were out of my first 2 choices. When I received my food that I didn't even want it was not fresh and hot, it was sloppily put together and clearly no care was put into it. Very unhappy with my visit here and I will never come to this location again. The bathrooms were disgusting as well.

I've given this place three tries and it's three strikes and you're out. The fries are cold and old, and the service is incredibly bad: 1) waited 5 minutes at the front of the line and no one tried to take my order so I pulled up the regular window, 2)putting in my order and pulling up to the window and waiting for 10 minutes to only to have someone open the window and ask what I had ordered and getting stone cold queso fries (really???) when he finally chased her down, and 3) tonight, more of the same: order taken, but not passed on to anyone and driving home with stone cold, overcooked fries that I threw away after eating two bites. Always plenty of people on their phones in the back at the first window, but they apparently don't work there.....
Ordered classic and got spicy chicken. Lady forgot my drink and was busy on her phone instead, had to ask who I assume was a manager to make it for me. waited 7 minutes for "fresh" chicken and every piece was cold and discolored, not "fresh". one car in front of me and lot was empty. you have been warned.
