If you value your life, don't waste it while waiting at this Wendys. I ordered a takis sandwich, and it was horrible. It looked so sad, I thought it was about to commit suicide. I drove here from Texas, and by far, this was the worst place I've been.

Worst Wendy's on the face of the Earth. If you have an hour to wait for a burger then this is your place. They are ridiculously slow, yet people still order $50 worth of food through a drive-thru where the line doesn't move at all. Hadn't been there for 6 months and thought maybe it would be different but it is the same horrible place it's always been. Don't go there if you value your time and what good food.

There restaurant was very smelly and dirty in the lobby area and the bathroom soap dispenser didn't even work to wash your hands correctly and clean. Kinda makes you wonder what the employees hands are like. Plus the hamburger I had was gross tasting and the fries we were served were cold the nuggets were lukewarm. And the restaurant was smelly and just not very clean. Customer service was not friendly everyone spoke a language that didn't sound very friendly either. I give them a 1 star rating overall. And that's saying to much.

Forgot to change my delivery address on Door Dash. Called them and cancelled my order right away. However, they marked my order as delivered though they did not even make them. Door dash did not want to make refund.

It doesn’t even look like the people who are working want to help the trainer working which she was fantastic but I feel like they should be more supportive also the bathrooms stunk pretty bad

No greeting when we walked in. Customers infront of us left before anyone said anything. Order was incorrect and we had to get them to fix it, had a bad attitude about that. Food was squished when packaged in wrappers.

Very disappointed with this place. When I approached the counter, the employee refused to sell me sandwiches, claiming he didn’t like my attitude. I had to go through the drive-thru even though I just wanted to buy a couple of sandwiches. After a short conversation, he finally agreed, but it was clear he wasn’t happy about it.
In the end, the sandwiches were clearly not made properly—the patties were so overcooked they were practically black. They were dry, burnt, and tasted awful. It felt like this was done on purpose. A very unpleasant experience, and I won’t be coming back.
